Xero gives you whatever you need, connects you with other departments such as creating a purchase order for employee hiring and instantly send notification to accounting departments, making them match the correct invoice with the correct purchase order. In addition to that, expense tracking an employee is a great feature that lets you to have a helicopter view of it. Can be used in small or large companies, very effective and efficient features.

Adding new features on the product would not result well if you are constantly changing your systems or procedures.

I like the UI, which has always made it easy to use. Enjoy the bank reconciliation and the use of bank feeds and add ons.

Inventory can be a lot better. It was always an issue for customers to use and understand and seems outdated compared to the rest of the software

We maintain track of all of our financial transactions, including payroll and cash flow, with the help of Xero. For no apparent reason, bank feeds may lose connection at times. Possibly more visually appealing than mere numerical statistics would be the addition of accompanying graphical charts.

Software is very useful, more convenient and east to use. It can access through cloud and you can track accounting, invoicing and billing online anywhere you are at anytime. I really love the product it helps small to medium business with their task daily and make their life better. Thank you!

I can't think of least the software can offer, it is beneficial for all business owners to ease daily works and duties, sometimes if there is internet issue that's the only instance the software doesn't really work but it is not because of the software. So far I am happy using the software through icloud.
