Complete and usable application for most accounting needs
As a tech guy I'm not very good at accounting but with Xero it's been quite a breeze.
Avantages
As a non-accountant, I used it in a couple of contexts and I was satisfied about it as I was able to accomplish any task with ease.
Inconvénients
Usability and speed of the user interface is not always top.

Modern and simple
Avantages
This is a cloud based accounting software. It is extremely easy to use and the customer support and software updates are top notch. I have used this software in the past for a small business and I wouldn't recommend any other software.
Inconvénients
The cost is comparable to quickbooks online and so can be a hard choice to make between the two

Makes complicated accounting look easy .
Avantages
If taken seriously ,Xero can halve your need of an accounting department .I cannot even begin to comprehend how it is able to automate otherwise complicated processes .Cannot recommend enough .
Inconvénients
As it is to be expected ,Xero is a very complicated program . Learning the ropes takes a good while .

Full Suite Accounting Software
It works and is now widely used across the world, which makes being able to use it a good skill.
Avantages
This enables any small business to manage the income and expenses and full financial statements with relative ease.
Inconvénients
As with any accounting software it is highly dependent on the accounting inputs, which need to be accurate.

One stop shop for your accounting needs .
Avantages
Everything accounting related that needs to be done ,Xero can do .Once we set it up it revolutionized our "Accounts Payable" process . The reports it generates are easy to read and clear and it can be accessed by multiple users .
Inconvénients
While it can also be used by beginners (after a training ) ,Xero is probably best left to the professionals due to how hard more detailed tasks can become .
