J'ai une expérience vraiment positive Xero. C'est d'ailleurs la raison pour laquelle je contenue de l'utiliser. L'outil possède des fonctionnalités inouïes qui rendent plus simples l'utilisation. Je le recommande vivement.

Inconvénients

Xero est un outil qui peut tromper les débutants en comptabilité, surtout à cause de sa courbe d'apprentissage. Malgré cela, il est très facile à prendre en main.

I use the invoicing feature the most in Xero as the office manager. The setup was fairly simple and creating an invoice is quick and easy.

They do not connect with our bank so manual data pull is required. To me this seems to leave more room for error.

I thought it was a simple step in and work type of software, easy to maneuver around and not get lost. Love the soft blue color as well, feel professional and relieving.

The online platform was slightly slow for, could be my connection maybe on this one.

The thing I liked the most about Xero is its collaborative nature. The fact that you can invite unlimited users across all plans is a game-changer, especially for small businesses where multiple people might need access to financial data—whether it's your accountant, bookkeeper, or even department managers. You’re not penalized with extra costs for simply growing your team.

Inconvénients

What really holds Xero back for me is its pricing structure and feature limitations at the lower tiers. The Early plan is so restricted (20 invoices, 5 bills per month) that it feels like more of a trial version than a viable option for a growing business. You’re essentially forced to upgrade, and that can be frustrating if you’re a small operation just starting out.

Xero has a clean and user friendly interface which is very easy to be learned by a new user as well as an expert. The cost is also very affordable and small businesses get easy head start with the low costs.

Some of the tasks like inventory management lacks advanced features as compared to other accounting solutions. Sometimes there are delays with customer service support which slightly hampers the experience of smooth workflow in case of techncial issues.

At this price point, I think Xero is amazing. It provides all the functions needed (or you can get from a pricer & comparable product from QB); I love how easy it is for people.

I think the report function can be more user friendly/standardized (like the QB standard monthly P&L & BS reports)

Xero has a very easy, intuitive interface that makes even the most inexperienced accountant look like a rock star. It integrates with pretty much every app and bank you could think of, so you can sync everything up and save yourself some time (and reduce errors). You can create recurring invoices and track your finances in real-time. Plus, there's an app for it! So, I can manage everything from my phone.

Inconvénients

The reporting functionality could be made more customizable as per business need. Also though the tool is rich in features, few of the advanced features might need little learning for users who are not already used to working on accounting software. The pricing is on a slightly higher side if your organization is small and you plan to use only basic features.
