Our system is fully integrated with FraudLabs, all orders are coming there to check, FraudLabs is protecting us very well, before we had many frauds, when we decided to use that service, mostly all our problems went away - reduced amount of fraud orders, and in our business is very important.

Easy to use, easy to integrate with system.

Sometimes you need to check orders manually, but it's not that bad.

Avantages
This software is so easy to install and use and it really does the job. It was a requirement for a client and has exceeded the expectations I had for flagging transactions!
Inconvénients
Nothing! I wouldn't change a thing in the software. I have not come across anything I think that needs improvement.

A great addition to our website to reduce the fraudsters.
Avantages
Rules can be customized to give us the fraud score most relevant to us. Quick response when I had questions about configuration. Wildcard blacklisting of fraudulent email domains was a big help to us. Our DEV team had the magento module installed quickly.
Inconvénients
More detailed online documentation would be be helpful and a lower cost plan that included more rules for a site with fewer transactions; but its still a good value so far.

Great Fraud Prevention
We have definitely deterred fraud orders and gives us peace of mind when filling orders.
Avantages
The ease of use and well thought out scoring helps with preventing fraud online orders.

Sometimes an order will score high but not sure why when everything looks fine.

Reducing our fraud cases
Fraudlabs has helped me identify several fraudulent orders and cancel them. I've also really liked the identification of freight forwarder addresses.
Avantages
I use shopify and needed more than their in house fraud warnings were providing. Fraudlabs gives you insight not available elsewhere that I found very helpful in determining if the order was good. The ability to identify a freight forward address has also been huge.
Inconvénients
It's not fully integrated with Shopify, I have to use another tab to access the data.

FraudLabs Pro can give a little bit of extra confidence when making a decision but it cannot be the only tool
Avantages
It's easy to integrate on a website. The API is clear and straightforward.
Inconvénients
Due to the limited amount of data taken into account by the API, the results are not 100% reliable so it is difficult to rely on FraudLabs Pro when choosing to accept an order or not.

Easy set up process
Avantages
Well what I like most about this app as a merchant credit card fraud purchasing is something that as a merchant needs to be aware of! However, this app helps us to dig further in when a fraud purchased is made on our store. Which Shopify cannot detect on their own plus it free yo start with and as you grow more you can choose to upgrade.

So far I don't have any issue with the app

Easy to use app. Free 500 credits per month good enough for my small business.
We installed the app in our Shopify store. It immediately detected all fraudsters behind anonymous proxy servers and cut down our chargebacks.
