Ainda não encontrei sobre algum controle pra Scrum, adicionar apps e fazer filtros não está ainda claro de como fazer. Não estou entendendo como gerar relatórios na página de controle. Ainda estou aprendendo como enxergar as dependências.

1) We could build boards for Support Teams and also boards for the projects using Scrum/Kanban. 2) The visualization of the tasks or projects is awesome. No more tools give you that.3) The automation are very powerfull.4) The migration was very fast and easy.5) The integrations with another products was very easy.6) Upgrade the license is very easy7) Kanbanize is upgrading every month with a lot of new features. I asked for features and they implemented it.

Inconvénients

1) The automations costs money and it's a thing you have to take into account. Sometimes you can't combine automations together and you have to create one for each board.2) We will like to have a better personalization of the feedback mail when we finish a task. (with stars, with questions, etc)

I like high adaptability. It makes it a bit complex to get started and finding the optimum way to structure your board(s) but in the end you can really create your own tailor made solutions.

- for repetitive sets of tasks it is not possible to have default pre and successor relationships set up in a card template- for personal task planning I love to assign my tasks in outlook to week days at the beginning of the week, this I miss when using Kanbanize as my main task planning tool

I really like the features provided by Kanbanize to fit the Kanban systems I designed. The application is simple and to the point.

The charts, the cards' usability, and the lack of shortcuts really make it hard to use the application. Also, there is no mobile application.

Kanbanize is a very complete and feature-rich tool. It allows you to create your own workflow based on your process and immediately view the state of the art. The Kanbanize card is the most complete card I have seen in the various digital tools. The business rules allow you to insert strategic alerts on the board in order to anticipate problems. The Kanbanize Support is excellent: answers always arrive clear, complete and within a few hours.

Inconvénients

Kanbanize is full of features and you need to study it constantly and thoroughly if you want to use it in the best way. In this way it is not so easy to use instantly, but when you learn how to do you forget the difficulties of the first days.
The second point I can come up with is that in filters, Analytics and xls export, colours are mentioned with their codes and this is not so user friendly.
Finally it is not possible to exclude non-working days from the analytic calculations.

What i like most is that it enables the manager to assign duties to the different teams, and allows the workers to work more effectivetely.

Apply solutions for short projects, to have the efectivity as high as in the big projects.

Though Kanbanize helps in multiple project management systems, but it is very strongly related to Kanban model. It would be difficult to change the practices to the whole organisation, it would be a great help if this tool can have a bit more customisation on using along with other agile practices like Scrum / XP.
