WARNING: Impossible to Cancel Subscription
Avantages
The pros are that I’ve learned Dataddo doesn’t following basic business ethics guidelines and I won’t have to waste money on them in the future.
Inconvénients
Dataddo does NOT provide any functionality or customer supposed to cancel subscriptions.
Our accounting team sent three cancelation requests via email and voicemails - all have been promptly ignored.
The only way we can cancel is by disputing the charges and placing a block.
Unethical practices that result in me highly discouraging anyone considering this solution.

This issue helped us to rapidly improve our ticketing system, eliminating the possibility that such a situation could happen again. We are grateful that you are not criticizing the platform itself, which did function correctly to serve your needs and for a favorable price (including hours of consultation provided free of charge). We appreciate your choice to limit criticism to the internal process which was the source of the problem, and thank you again for the valuable feedback.

Value for money
Value for money. It works good and It has been helped us to conmect different data sources.
Avantages
User-friendly, even with no technicl background you can easily use it
Inconvénients
Time of response from Customer Service, sometime really slow.

Our almost 2 year adventure
They allow us not to take care about external integration with multiple data sources

Easy to build - friendly GUI that allow quickly build full connector from the scratch to your endpoint with preview available
Inconvénients
Almost from the beginning we are dealing with the issue about broken data connectors; manual restarts are necessary.

Tailored service at a fraction of the cost
The team over at Dataddo are always happy to help me and my clients achieve a fully customized experience and solution, they go above and beyond whenever I have a query or request, and the turn around times are second to none. I would hesitate to recommend them for all API requirements.
Avantages
I like the agility of the offering from Dataddo as well as the competitive pricing compared to other players on the market. Dataddo are always on hand to help customize and resolve are API requirements and their client facing and account management team are second to none.
Inconvénients
There can be some duplication in costings when pulling the same source of data which I have found is ineffective, but this is a small bug to bear.

Great data connector software that allows us to seemlessly congregate important data sources
Avantages
Our team works with many data sources, and having most of them available to be connected via Dataddo simplifies our work in extracting data for our dashboards.
Inconvénients
There aren't any obvious cons to this software other than having to constantly maintain our data sources. Once in a while, they would need to be reauthorized and sometimes we don't get any notifications about it.

Great Software, Great Support at the best price
Avantages
The software is incredibly good value for money, and the support is second to none.
If a data connector doesn't exist already, one is created for you.
Everything works seamlessly, couldn't recommend them enough.
Inconvénients
None spring to mind here, as the software is such good value for money.
