One-of-a-kind tool that helps lean small businesses
Mail parser helped us automate 3 key business processes - order entry, status updates, and invoicing. Without these we probably would have needed to hire one, if not 2 people full time. In a business with only 4 employees that's a BIG deal!
Avantages
It allowed automation of what used to be a manual order entry process that took 20-30 minutes per event.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it was challenging to get exactly what I was looking to parse out of the software. Usually customer service could help, though.

the ease of being able to parse through anything on the email (source, attachments etc..) & pinpoint the correct information to gather
Inconvénients
silly thing: non persistent session / connection so I have to log in every single time

It got the job done
Avantages
Its very easy to set up al the rules you need to parse data efficiently.
Inconvénients
You are still limited by the rules available but customer support were great at advising how to use them to fit my need.

Avantages
This parser is feature rich and addressed some very complex parsing needs I had with simplicity. It's connectivity to Zapier just further extends the use cases this excellent tool can deliver on.
Inconvénients
Nothing. After spending time learning it there were no issues.

Avantages
Ease of use. After getting to know how it worked, we could so easily manage the processes on the platform.
Inconvénients
The very few times we detected it went down (5-8 times in two years), there was no notification to us as users and e-mails were lost forever.

Great Mail parsing tool
Extracting data from emails whoch would have taken many hours to write manually.
Avantages
1. Is easier to use than other parsing tools I have used.
2. Excellent for extracting data from emails to make excel file and thus enhances productivity.
3. Free version availability.
Inconvénients
There is nothing I found to dislike in the service and it performs email parsing function reliably without any problem.

Avantages
Little bit of a learning curve, but once you figure out how to do the basics the more advanced stuff comes easy.
Inconvénients
I wish they had a live chat support... Literally the only thing this product needs to be perfect. Sometimes waiting 24 hours for an email is taxing.

Super mailparsing
I can automate more or less anything that comes to my inbox with mailparser.io :-)
Perfect for any online business or company that is looking to automate their processes.
Avantages
I love the ease and the logic in the user interface. I can parse and transform anything in the mail, including attachments, step by step, until I´m happy with the result. I actually started using the email parser in Zapier but quickly came to a stop in functionallity. With mailparser.io I can do whetever I like, and then send it back to Zapier with a webhook again. Best solution I have found.
By the way, customer support is very engaged and helpful, and showed me the way past my first problem. Thanks!

I LOVE mailparser.io
Savings of hundreds of hours of manual data entry.
Avantages
It has saved me many hours of work pulling information from the form fills our website generates. I used to create spreadsheets of leads that came in, typing in First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, and so on. Now that information is pulled instantly into a spreadsheet for me. I set up our account and use it ... everything was super easy to do. In fact, the preliminary work was done automatically with mailparser.io ... I just made some minor adjustments. I highly recommend this software!

There is nothing that I found to be negative.

Was much more accurate and robust than other tools I had tried.

Being non-technical it took a little bit to get my head around the set up although the Mailparser team made it easier with some great tutorials and readily available support

Capturing customer email interaction records in Google Sheets
Avantages
It just seemed to work. It was easy to understand and I was able to accomplish almost anything I could imagine with relative ease.
Inconvénients
I do think it requires some general understanding of coding, logic, or regex. You need a bit of creativity to write complex queries. But I like that since that is my background. Makes it more powerful

time saving so i didn't have to do my own data entry

Once set up the time saved was great. After watching a video to see how to do the set up it was fairly easy to do, and when I did have a question staff got back to me within the hour.
Inconvénients
Its a little wonky to set up at first, but once you understand what you are doing it is fairly easy.

When Zapier's Parser is not good enough
Avantages
If you have emails with varying structure and content and still need the same parser - then MailParser can most likely do the job for you.
Inconvénients
It is a bit difficult to learn, and it does takes some practice enough to really master MailParser. Their in-app guidance has potential to improve.

Concrete problem solver
I’ve used it solely for creating a database from signup emails. In that context the tool is intuitive and easy to use. And for me more importantly it addresses a real issue. I have saved at least 10 hours per month by using mailparser!
