Extract important customer data from emails
I eliminate hours of work with its good transfer of data extracted from multiple files directly to the excel sheet.
Avantages
Mailparser extracts the data quickly and data that has been important to find potential customers, the collected data is automatically stored in an excel sheet that saves me a lot of time working to organize this information. All emails are analyzed by extracting data from zip, pdf, DOCX files which in my opinion is a very good smart tool.
Inconvénients
It took me a while to learn how to use the platform correctly due to its long learning curve, on many occasions I had to contact support to clarify doubts.

A functional email parser worth considering.
I use this to extract booking data from emails, enabling me to create user profiles and strea that data to other sevices. So far the experience ha been very good indeed.
Avantages
Mailparser.io passed the test for reliable email data extraction. The set up is easy, the webhook, api's and third party intergration makes this a very attractive platform.
Inconvénients
Overall, I can't fault it. The UI/UX is well built, with lots of great options and functionalities.

Easy to get started, but developers would likely find it laughable
Good start to solve repetitive data extraction for leadgen or from placed orders that need to be stored in databases.
Avantages
It's so easy to get started and handle e-mails in the same format again and again.
Inconvénients
In my opinion, the pricing does not reflect the value provided. It seems to capitalize on the limitations of those without coding skills, as extracting the required data from a mailbox is often achievable with a straightforward regex command. For comparison, Mail Parser by Zapier includes this functionality as a task, which typically costs around 2–3 cents per task, rather than the 10–5 cents charged here what on bulk can be 3x the costs when handling only a few hundred datasets per month.

Amazing for Automated Marketing Workflows
Avantages
I like that the software does exactly what it's supposed to. It's not the flashiest interface in the world, but it has everything necessary to get the job done (automating inbound data / leads).
Inconvénients
Pricing. I feel like the packages are too spread out in terms of value recieved, whereas if they had a few more price points they would probably have more customers.

Great Mail parsing tool
Extracting data from emails whoch would have taken many hours to write manually.
Avantages
1. Is easier to use than other parsing tools I have used.
2. Excellent for extracting data from emails to make excel file and thus enhances productivity.
3. Free version availability.
Inconvénients
There is nothing I found to dislike in the service and it performs email parsing function reliably without any problem.

I LOVE mailparser.io
Savings of hundreds of hours of manual data entry.
Avantages
It has saved me many hours of work pulling information from the form fills our website generates. I used to create spreadsheets of leads that came in, typing in First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, and so on. Now that information is pulled instantly into a spreadsheet for me. I set up our account and use it ... everything was super easy to do. In fact, the preliminary work was done automatically with mailparser.io ... I just made some minor adjustments. I highly recommend this software!
Inconvénients
There is nothing that I found to be negative.

Excellent. Simple and Intuitive
Capturing customer email interaction records in Google Sheets
Avantages
It just seemed to work. It was easy to understand and I was able to accomplish almost anything I could imagine with relative ease.
Inconvénients
I do think it requires some general understanding of coding, logic, or regex. You need a bit of creativity to write complex queries. But I like that since that is my background. Makes it more powerful
