Good Service, but not always intuitive
Avantages
Does the job: I've been tracking over 100 marks and managing their deadlines adequately.
Inconvénients
The trademark update features are not intuitive and the instructions are not always clear. Some of the instructions were not updated after the interface was changed.

Great customer service.
Avantages
The reminders generated 3-6 months before filing deadlines in generated reports that gives a good time frame to remind clients and gather the necessary information
Inconvénients
Would like there to be a feature where all marks could be updated with a single feature instead of having to go into each mark to update it to be reflective of the records of the filing office.
