The features it offers are exceptional, their support is fantastic and overall the best solution out there!
Avantages
Extremely easy to set up your ecommerce site, user friendly and feature rich! After investigating several other solutions, ecwid is by FAR the best of the best!!
Inconvénients
Absolutely nothing! Compared to other product, I have absolutely nothing that I would say is a con for using this software!

Great - a couple minor improvement would make it phenomenal!
Overall I love the platform and the ease of use.... The only real challenges I have had is with single products vs the entire store, the cart functionality is clunky. Some customization options on how the check out process works would make is flawless.

The cart is clunky, especially when displaying a store & a single product on the same site. The imagery on products is very small, a little awkward for single products, would be nice to have some options here.

we have good number of customer who use ecwid and we never face any problem with integration
Avantages
how easily it can be integrated with any third party system , excellent API support . API downtime is next to zero and we never face any issue with connection .
Inconvénients
nothing as of now , its just that it has less customized fields , custom plugin, apps which other shopping carts in the market provide

Ecwid is easy and it works
Overall I really liked Ecwid, but ended up switching because I could not sell gift certificates.
Avantages
Super easy to use. White label service that's easy to plug in to your existing website.

The only downfall I ran into was that I could not offer gift certificates.

Great mobile storefront that is easy to manage.
Great free solution for online sales.
Avantages
We use this software primarily to sell merchandise and take donations for our non-profit community theater. We are currently using the free version that is supported only by credit fees. We have considered one of the higher levels and may upgrade at some point. Website and mobile store are useful and useable.
Inconvénients
A little more flexibility in the site design for the starter site would be useful, but it's free so no major worries there.
