We like pVerify and intend to expand its use
pVerify was quick to setup, it's easy for my employees to use, and the pricepoint is fair.
Avantages
We like the bulk upload feature and will soon launch API integration.
Inconvénients
The manual check process resets every time you run a check. It would be nice to have default settings.

It was horrifying. 6 months of set-up, and they still couldn't provide what they promised in the first conversations. Several personnel changes. An overall waste of time and resources.

Had it worked, it would have been quicker and required less employees.

It was a horrible set-up process. It took 6 months, and they weren't able to deliver what was promised. We finally ended our business agreement, before the actual services began.

Overall, we love pVerify and the time it saves. It is pretty accurate and helps to streamline our verification process.

Avantages
Ease of use and implementation. Not to mention the data we get back is very clean and helpful. User portal is superb.

Cost. It is not a cheap product when the competing products we utilize are a fraction of the cost.

One Day Turnaround!
Avantages
When we submit batch requests for eligibility, we get our results < 1 Day consistently - this helps when we plan ahead.

pVerify has potential but isn't living up to it yet.
There have been several glitches getting started. The customer support has been great and quickly and efficiently resolving these.
Avantages
Batch processing of eligibility checks. Being able to verify all insurances in one place.
Inconvénients
It isn't set up properly for mental health. In particular, it tells us there is a deductible even if it doesn't apply to mental health. And there are similar issues around copays. It is far from robust and we are still often falling back to other sources for eligibility checks.
