System is designed to work in harsh Enviroments with the ability to seamless integrate remote expert with field staff. Works great in bright sunlight as well as dark situations. The hand held camera is perfect for difficult to see area.

Our team is new to the technology, so what we liked best was being able to have an easy initial setup complete and successful field testing of the flagship features to begin adjusting our SOPs and see a quick improvement in time saved.
Inconvénients
As we have just started using the software, its simply going to take time and experimentation to find how we can best use the variety of applications the software brings to our team.
