Avantages

The UX and UI of Vectera is really great. Every touch point of the customer can be branded with ones own brand. The development team delivers significant enhancements nearly every month. It is a joy to watch the tool mature.

Inconvénients

At the moment the video and sound quality isn't as good as the tool I've used before (Whereby) provided, especially with more than two people. As far as I've understood the Vectera team is working on this. If the reach the quality of Whereby Vectera is far superior as it provides a lot more functions like Co-Browsing, Persistent Meeting Rooms, CNAME etc.

Avantages

I love about vectera the diversity of the software. What I all can do within a meeting and how easy it is to use, especially for people like me with no tech background.

I honestly don't have any points of critique so far.

It accomplishes its main function very well. Provides an easy interface for new users, works straight out of the box. Powerful but not too complicated

I like the fact that guests don't need to download anything to get in.
Also the idea of creating a "room" for a particular meeting, where all the files and chats can be saved is a really useful feature.

Inconvénients

It may be because most of my calls are to Latin America, but the connection quality can be inconsistent.

Vectera is a super handy and easy-to-use tool.
Creating a meeting room is just one click away and once you're in the room everything just makes sense. No difficult lay-out or unnecessary buttons.
The possibilities are endless (uploading files, sharing screens, recording options, ...) and the quality is superb!
A true must have for anyone who works professionally.

Avantages

Vectera is a very user friendly software. A lot is possible, without complicated buttons or confusing lay-outs. It's very easy to create a meeting room and I've never had any problems. You can very easily share documents and share screens. I'd recommend it to everyone who wants to work professionally.

Easy to use! Setting up a virtual meeting is so easy, definitely with the integrated scheduler.
I love the cobrowsing feature, it's so easy to work work in a page together!

I don't have any negative remarks. I really like the software and I hope that they can even improve it.

Permanent meeting rooms create a hub for future meetings. And the ability to answer video calls on a phone with no installation removed an obstacle for my clients.

Avantages

I love the persistent rooms, not having to recreate or resend emails is great. All the documents and whiteboards used at last meeting stay with the room.

I haven’t found anything negative so far about the software. It just works and works really well for my needs.

I love the fact that customers can book in themselves and that they don’t have to download or set up software.
I also love the fact that this is their own consulting room with notes just for them.

I have lost video a couple of times and don’t know if this was my client’s broadband connection or Vectera?

It is very easy to use and you can just create a room and hold a meeting. Perfect for meeting clients and remote outsourcers. Nothing to download and set up as well.

Storage space could be bigger than the allotted 2GB.

Very easy to use this tool.
You can see each other en talk with multiple people at the same time!
You can add multiple documents, write some notes on it or mark some words.

If the internet connection isn't good, the video and audio might not work optimal.

When I'm having meetings with clients, it it very easy to use the meeting rooms, especially sharing your screen is very easy and makes it very interactive.
It is easy to work with. You can completely brand your meetings and then send a personalised link to a client to let them book a meeting.

I'm looking forward to have meetings with more than five people.

I like how easy it is to start meetings and keep track of clients meeting spaces.

The connection audio is sometimes not as reliable as I would like. I use my phone to talk and use Vectera for screen sharing and it works well. Overall this is a great program and they are always improving so I am happy with the software.

Avantages

I like that they are keeping their focus to one on one(or small group) meetings. I like the white board. Every meeting I have had the other user was able to figure out how to use it fairly quickly.

Inconvénients

I have noticed a few bugs. Like when a third person joins the meeting it seems to knock everyone’s audio until they turn it off and then on again. But these could be random and I am sure they are working on them.

Vectera is really easy to use and to connect with clients. You just need to send them the URL and you’re ready to start a Vectera call. As the url is specific for the meeting you have with your customer you can easily go back to review content, annotations and what you've discussed during the meeting.
