Nous utilisons principalement la fonctionnalité Feuille de temps. Certains membres de l'équipe utilisent également la fonction de minutage. Tous s'entendent pour dire que l'application est facile à utiliser.

Inconvénients

Notre équipe réalise souvent les mêmes tâches pour des clients différents. J'aimerais pouvoir choisir indépendamment la tâche, le projet et le client, sans être obligée de recréer la tâche dans un autre projet et de l'associer à un autre client.

- Copier notre horaire de la semaine précédente ne copie pas les heures mais uniquement les projets ...
- Obliger de rajouter le 'h' pour indiquer le nombre d'heures. Si je met un "8" tout seul dans la case, je veux que 8heures soit pris en compte.
- L'accès limité aux choix des fonctionnaités par l'utilisateur finale.
- Trop de choix d'administrations
- L'utilisateur finale se sent trop restreint.

Clockify has the most advanced time tracking function that provide accurate time usage statistics. It comes with task automations which makes time tracking so effortless by eliminating the routine tasks like manual clock in and clock out. Clockify integrates swiftly with other products i use making it easy to monitor how i am spending my time on each of them. Clockify also has superior data protection features which keeps all my sensitive time data safe.

Inconvénients

I have no dislikes for Clockify. I have not experienced any major challenges to make me hate anything about it.

Its seamless integration with work management tools makes it easy to track our time consumption during projects. Clockify has a very great auto-tracker tool that allows me to automatically track my time usage making the process very simple, efficient and less time taking. Clockify is very easy to use and i like how intuitive the user interface is and how neatly the dashboard is organized. It also has a very exceptional reporting tool that help generate detailed time usage reports. More to just time tracking, Clockify has some team scheduling tools that help me and my team to plan and schedule for our work shifts.

Inconvénients

I have not had any unpleasing moments with Clockify. I have genuinely loved everything about it so no cons to report.

What I love about Clockify is the ease of tracking time, and how you can see the full active details of how long you've been working down to the second. Other platforms I've used that worked similarly to Clockify like Harvest, do not have that feature. I also love that for each project, you can choose different colors. This really helped me when tracking time for individual clients.

Inconvénients

There were some glitches in the time clock, and an inaccurate time was recorded. But other than that, I have not had substantial issues with Clockify.

What I appreciate the most about Clockify is the software's flexibility to meet many different needs for my time reporting. On the front end, you can create new projects and subprojects/tasks to better keep track of your time; on the back end, there are different filters and functions you can do to create better reports.

I like that clockify is easy to use.
This program is great for tracking time on projects.
In engineering we use time tracking to verify that we are not under/over charging for our services.
We also use the different labels to pinpoint areas that use more time. The labels on each project help future projects for time use and how many areas there are that need time tracking.

Inconvénients

The only thing I do not like is sometimes when tracking times the program will not let me adjust times. For instance, I need to have the time start at 0800 and end at 1100. Once in awhile I will only allow 1059. No matter how many times I change it to 1100 it bounces back to 1059. I end up deleting that entry and putting it in again.
Occasionally when needing to adjust times, getting the correct day and time is difficult. There have been times that the tracking went to another day; while adjusting the time/day it will not allow the correction resulting in deleting the event and re-enter the time/day for the project.
