Its user-friendly interface simplifies time tracking, while comprehensive features like manual entries, timers, and reports help analyze the productivity of users. It supports project management with billable hours, budget tracking, and progress monitoring. Its cross-platform compatibility with web, desktop, and mobile enhances accessibility making it easier for me to log my hours from anywhere. Clockify is a versatile tool as it offers customizable reports, integrations with tools like Asana and Trello, and team collaboration features.
Avantages
Clockify has helped me improve my time management and productivity. The best part is that it offers the flexibility to generate detailed reports based on projects, clients, or team members. These reports can be easily exported in multiple formats, such as CSV, PDF, Excel, etc.
Inconvénients
I feel the mobile app is less intuitive and slow or glitchy compared to the desktop or web versions. Another issue is that entering or editing time manually feels cumbersome, particularly for users and teams managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Clockify: Your Time, Simplified and Amplified
Overall, its good with good flexibility and easy to use interface.
Avantages
I use clockify mostly for logging my/my team's daily work activities. I feel clockify provides multiple benefits like
a.) Logging daily work activity.
b.) For Managers, it can help keep track of work activity done by team members, generate reports, share reports with client.
c.) As an individual working on multiple projects it can help me prioritize my time/efforts in more linear fashion.
d.) You can quickly summarize/quantify certain aspects via dashboard.
Inconvénients
I think Web UI for clockify is something very minimal and not very eye catching.
Other thing is I would like to have a card like structure to better visualize my work activity.
have more controls like swipeable, draggable can help me with it.
AI feature which can summarize, tag, group my tasks and provide insights or maybe provide context of possible improvements that can be done.

Great product for project management
It has been a game changing tool for my project managers. We tried seven different programs before finding Clockify over a year ago.
Avantages
The ability to create project templates for the team to use to track their billable time, and the flexibility to add tasks to them on a customer basis when the occasional client needs more than our base offerings.
Inconvénients
As robust as the time reporting is, I would like to see more options for generating more granular reports.

Clockify is your go-to time tracking app
I get assigned software bug tickets every 2 weeks. I create a project in clockify for each ticket. As I work on each issue, I use Clockify to track the time spent on each ticket.
In this way, I can accurately determine the time spent on each project for any date range, using beautify Pie charts without any complex configuration, one-click.
Avantages
As a software developer I have many employer time tracking systems I must use in my job. I always run clockify in parallel as my primary time tracking app.
Clockify has a rich feature set, is flexible, and easy to use.
Inconvénients
Not applicable. This app is perfect as is.

One of my must used organization tools
I've been using it for months now to track my time. Manual entry is way better than automatic one in my workflow
Avantages
I like the phone + browser integration, the social media log-in, the interface is clear (and dark mode <3) and the reporting is very clear as well.
Being kind of a nerd, I even used the API integration to link in custom workflows.
While using it everyday, I also got all my needs covered with the free version, which is great !
Inconvénients
Doesn't seems to work at all offline - at least not on my setup.

Clockify is cardinal time tracking tool that institute healthy time usage habits.
The most influential part in my experience with Clockify has been accurate tracking of my time usage which allows me to change the bad time spending habits and adopt new one. It has helped me to have an upper hand over my time which has made it easy to achieve a well balanced and productive work life.
Avantages
More than anything else, I like the ease of use of Clockify and its accuracy in collecting my time data. It has excellent analytical tools which gives me access to insightful reports about my time usage statistics. It has an excellent calendar tool that makes task scheduling so easy.
Inconvénients
Clockify has been at the top of its game all through and has given me absolutely nothing to like least.

Clockify Review
Overall, I think Clockify is super user-friendly and works for helping people log their hours quickly to projects. For example, the calendar feature is one of my favorite things about Clockify because it links all of your meetings on your Outlook Calendar, so you can easily log/track time with your meetings. Also, I think the time tracker page has a very nice layout to easily type in the amount of time against the project code you worked on to log time. Clockify has a lot of features that helps the user easily log time fast and easy.
Avantages
I like the layout/design of Clockify including how you can favorite your project codes so it is easier to assign your hours to the projects you work. This is a super convenient feature to use to log hours and assign projects more quickly.
Inconvénients
I wish there would be like a button you could activate on outlook to link with Clockify and make more apps be able to link with Clockify to log time easier.

The Ultimate Tracking Tool that is Clockify
I have been using Clockify for well over 2 years. It's multi-platform accessibility makes time tracking available and easy on both phone and laptop, that way, I have been able to track my time on the go. It is also a great team management tool, allowing for projects to be timed and overall productivity.

I love the aesthetics of Clockify. It has an incredibly impressive user interface. It is very easy to interpret.

My Experience with Clockify
I am happy with the app and how it enables me to work remotely and the many features it has, the app would be way better if it was offline compatible.
Avantages
The app is simple to use and easy to understand. I like the convenient settings which make it possible to adjust the time if it happens to ho over the stipulated time frame.
Inconvénients
The app requires data and also sometimes if theres no proper internet connection it can pose a problem. There are instances where I log out or stop the clock only to log in and find the time was still running.

Overall, I am very happy with Clockify. The feature set is amazing, even at the free tier.

The summary reports that Clockify creates is a great feature. One can easily see the number of hours spent on each project and create customized reports based on projects and clients. There aren't many cons with Clockify! One function that can be improved is the function where time can be recorded without a project or description entered. Sometimes, the user finds a clock running without a project filled in. A feature that would be great to have is the ability to export the timesheet as a CSV file.

4 Years and counting.
I've used Clockify for nearly 4 years now. I started using it for work, but quickly began using it to log the amount of time I was spending on various side projects as well. I've never seen a better time clock than this one.

Ibespecially like that you can favorite multiple tags as well as utilizing the stop-start function.
Inconvénients
The multiple glitches the website encounters. For example, when my time is running it wont let me stop the timer and gives me an error message and i have to refresh my browser.

Easy to use, free Clockify
I've enjoyed using the free version of Clockify which allows for easy to use time tracking. I recommend this to everyone I work with for improved time management and workload tracking.

Easy to use, allows for manual updates on the clock, easy to view weekly summaries
Inconvénients
The newest update forces you to put a description under the project type of keeps a "Add description" line of copy under each project which is annoying to see. It seems there's no way to get rid of this unless you enter something so I've taken to entering multiple line breaks. It would be nice if this wasn't necessary though.
