Essential tools to drive automation for any creative operations team
As I said at the beginning a very good experience for different range of customers from creative operation team to brand management.
Avantages
CI HUB has a long experience in Adobe technology and their connector is the clear representation of what matters on the customer side, from easy to connect any system in one panel drives, Stock, Shutterstock, DAM systems , PIM, Figma from any Adobe App and Office, what else ? Fantastic usage of custom metadata, revisions management, check in check out....similarity search....this is really the DAM inside any Adobe software to speed up your process. I really advise and price wise the ROI is fast. So the best connector in the market.
Inconvénients
The global UI can be approved but it also linked to the SDK of Indesign so nothing that can be changed in one click.

CI HUB Connector efficacy
Honestly, i have been able to solve lots of problems using this software. It removes the stress of logging into different applications and searching for contents. Thanks you CI HUB for saving me a lot of stress, managing my workflow and time.
Avantages
CI HUB Connector enables me to connect my applications and contents together, it makes them accessible to me quickly thereby saving time and energy. It supports lot of applications. This is amazing! CI HUB Connector blog keeps me updated on different news and information. It is very easy to use after going through and learning from the academy. It also has a free trial and it is affordable.

Cuts down on our time spent per project
We've done away with some of our best practices during the pandemic so we may need to return to them - ie having a support folder with all embedded assets within a project folder - but I'm not sure if we'll go back or not.
Avantages
We started using CI Hub during the pandemic so we could access all our assets remotely and share files from clients and vendors in less steps. The search feature is the best part for me. We no longer need to look across a half dozen potential locations or move everything to a single project folder, although best practices still say we should!
Inconvénients
The process of adding all our asset sources wasn't totally seamless but we eventually got the hang of it.

Ci Hub Review
We rolled it out to our team and everyone preferred CC Connector instead - so we switched back. Downloading of images was far slower using CI Hub.
Avantages
search function. We found the search function superior to CC Connector, however with the long download times we ultimately switched back to CC Connector. Too much down time.
Inconvénients
Our main concern was that we have many files that we use one a daily/weekly basis that have large numbers of images (50+). We also have many different users going in and making updates to these files. This causes a headache as 1. Each user has to wait for the file to download all of the images to their computer in order to save out pdfs and 2. The users that are working on a simple laptop run into storage issues with all of the high-res images saved on their actual computer. It’s bogging down their processing speed. What used to be simple tasks had now become time-consuming.

Hello Kimberly, i am very sad that you are not happy. BUT as you are using Adobe Programms, its the nature of the Adobe Product that assets need to be downloaded to your local Storage. CI HUB helps you to have the full transparency about this and this is something that you expiriance. I am very sorry but only Adobe can change it. It is an absolute beast of a tool
CI Hub Connector is a dependable and effective tool that may help organizations of all sizes improve workflows and boost productivity, as long as users have the requisite technical skills and funds to invest in the program.
Avantages
A powerful tool for handling all your digital asset management and integration needs. Super easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface.
Inconvénients
It may require a bit of a learning curve for users who are not familiar with integration platforms or who have limited technical expertise.

Just love it
Great! just love it.
Avantages
Once staff were upskilled it is highly functional and delivers on our needs. I have 4 staff all using a network sharedrive that is mapped tothe same cihub folder which makes it even more functional for an inhouse team.
Inconvénients
Haven't encountered anything that we don't like yet. If anything it is the speed of thumbnailing but i cant solely blame cihub for that.

German made software connector for Adobe CC and Office 365, among other cloud services
My experience with CI HUB can be described as it's simple to use, which is a boon to creative users who don't have to learn how to use a new tool, and saves a lot of time while adopting it to into the team's workflow.
Avantages
The thing I like the most about CI HUB is the ability to use boolean operators to refine search results and to use keywords as filters.
Inconvénients
The thing I like the least about CI HUB is the need to approve google oauth access to use the connector in google chrome.

Great timesaver for my daily work
It is impressive how easy to install and use the product. The drag and drop functionality with pictures and content is really gerat and I never loose the control to use the right picture and content.
Place psd or eps files in a ppt slide is the best timesaver in Microsoft 365.
Avantages
I use CI HUB in Adobe and Microsoft applications. It is the best time saver application what I ever used before.
Inconvénients
There are no cons so fare. Would love to have the tool also in frame.io and Shopify

Great Product in terms of Digital Asset Management
Overall CI HUB is very handy in terms of user friendly and also great asset to save the time to get your tasks done ontime.
Avantages
You do not have to go specially on biden website and download the images instead you just can search the name of the image and drag it on your design

We are really look forward about the storage feature bec it takes PC space to save the images of digital assets i think we can do something to improve the storage system

Making easy to share the right content on all platform
CI Hub is designed by people with a deep understanding of the creative workflow, and it implements well in this application field. But it could be used also in other environments, like updating of elements in dynamic sites, where you publish information on demand. We are seeing its complete usage including metadata manipulation as a vehicle for addressing content creation in a number of places, including education.
Avantages
With CI-hub it is easy to define and access your content interface, full of metadata, searchable and available on an ever growing number of platforms. What I like best is the ability to connect closed vertical environments like a DAM with general purpose environments like google cloud and office 365 or even Figma
Inconvénients
the sw appeared to be quick and consistent so far. What I am missing is an Api interface to probe in specific contexts

Easy and User Friendly
Avantages
The software is super easy to integrate but the features and usability are the best part. It is very simple to add, delete and search for content. Everything is easily categorized and doesn't take a lot to figure out where to find information.
Inconvénients
With any new product it takes a while to learn how to use it across teams, customer services was very helpful, I wish we had a bit more of available docs to help continuous onboarding

Great Time-Saver
Overall experience is great, It saves me so much time! Easy to install and use the product and complete tasks, the filter and search make life much easier.
Avantages
Easy to drag and drop the assets into the adobe application. The filters and search options make life much easier.
Inconvénients
The preview of the digital assets is smaller and it will be great to have a bigger preview of the assets.

CI Hub for Adobe InDesign
Trying to access our assets in or DAM from within other applications, and to perform advanced functions with those assets.
Avantages
I liked that CI HUB has support for advanced import options and working with the assets.
Inconvénients
Since there are so many functions that it can do, for several different applications, that made the UI of the tool a bit cramped and might be difficult to find the button you need to perform the task. There's also a specific example when trying to select an upload profile for our DAM, and the dropdown from the tool extends off the bottom of my screen, I'm not able to see all of the values within the dropdown

Inconvénients
In the InDesign window, it shows very tiny so I have to search in DAM then copy the name and find in InDesign. there should be some shortcuts.

Time-saving Digital Assets Solution.
As an Instructional Designer,CI-HUB saves my time and effort on switching between various digital assets services providers applications to search, find, and use a specific picture.
I use the CI-HUB add-on in PowerPoint to insert images into my presentation slides from Adobe Stock images. Also, I use the CI-HUB Connector of Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Drive.
Avantages
CI-HUB is an easy-to-use add-on that integrates with commonly used business applications. It connects all the user's digital assets services from various service providers. It allows users to search, select, and insert their digital assets directly into many applications they might be working on, like PowerPoint.
Inconvénients
Although the Ci-Hub comes with a free plan, it would be better if the paid plans were cheaper to allow users to benefit from the full features at a more affordable price.

My honest review
It's great, I would recommend CI HUB to my other designer friends especially if they work on large files over a network.
Avantages
I like that I don't have to link huge sized files over the company server to my work
Inconvénients
The software can be tricky when searching for an image if the library isn't organized cleanly

Makes Searching for Assets Easy
Avantages
When working a design comp, you never have to leave Adobe to search for assets. That eliminates a lot of time looking for assets, copying and pasting them over into your links folder, or manually downloading them from your DAM and loading into your Adobe file.
Inconvénients
By default CI HUB sorts from oldest upload to newest upload. I haven't found a setting in the interface to flip this order yet, but I'm sure it's there!

Having a centralized resource for assets and asset management. This is important because without this feature and benefit, no one would be one the same page, and the integrity of a project diminishes.

Need to spend time learning how to utilize it and train others to do so that is not intimidating.

Not my favorite plug in for Indesign
Using it to locate product images stored online in Brandfolder. Ci-Hub is the plugin for Indesign which we use daily to create marketing pieces.
Avantages
It connects to Brandfolder (DSM) which stores all our product images and marketing logos.
Inconvénients
Stores my linked images offline (on my computer), can't share layout files easily with others because of that. The user would have to relink all the images using CI-HUB and then that file has to be relinked again by me if I have to work on it.

Only Software that Works!
Avantages
We recently set up a DAM through Widen, and are so excited to be able to integrate it directly into our Adobe native files.
Inconvénients
It can be a little complicated to get used to, and navigating the search feature isn’t always easy.

Graphic Designers use CI Hub Daily
So far, our team seems to still be testing out all of the features and getting comfortable with all aspects of the Hub.
Avantages
Integration with our daily process was overall easy.
Inconvénients
Our designers wish that the CI HUB did not save any image used from the DAM onto their local drive. It does take up a lot of storage on their computers this way.

There is something to be said for ease of use. It's fairly intuitive, even for less technical members on my team.
Inconvénients
I feel like there is a lot of extra steps (clicking) that are in, and it slows the process down slightly, but not enough to discourage use. Still easier than most.

Avantages
We have many options to share contents, structures, files in various formats.
Inconvénients
It is not so easy to learn how all things go work and we have many problems with the system by downoading or with the links.

It's a good option if you are looking for a complete suite for data management.
Avantages
Its a great tool for data synchronisation and management it helps you greatly to automate your tasks.
Inconvénients
While using it my systems battery is affected I don't know why.

I am utilizing CI hub to manage my content, which was a stressful situation before I started using it, and it made my work much easier with their service and possibilities.

Their disadvantage is their marketing, which is really low, as anyone can see.

It was great to integrated an a lot of teams are testing to check what the possibilities for example finding resources for promotions or other type of projects.
Avantages
First of all the Integration with all the application like WordPress, Figma, Photoshop that our industry is using. Second of all we using the features search to quickly find all images or text. All great innovated features.
Inconvénients
There is nothing negative about this application we used in our industry for at least six months and we didn’t see any negativity in this application

CI HUB is sort of a Zapier for the DAM industry. It offers a universal connector to directly access your content in other programs.
Inconvénients
No pinning / quick access functionality for folders within a DAM.

Never heard of it before, suddenly, can't live without it.
It truly has made life using multiple assets per projects that much easier when you work on 5-15 a day.
Avantages
The ease of use for the amount it is used on a daily. It is rather fast all things considering and would take me so much more time to download all my elements separately and place them in my files one at a time.

It can take longer for the bigger files, which is understandable. We can't just add assets to it on a whim, which is more of a company complaint than a hub complaint.

Having a centralised asset and asset management resource. This is significant because without this feature and benefit, no one would be on the same page, and the project's integrity would suffer.
Inconvénients
It takes time to understand how to use it and to teach others how to do it in a way that is not scary.

Great digital all in one asset and workflow management solution!
Overall my experience with this cloud based solution was very positive. Especially compared to its competitors who just try to do too much.
Avantages
Great option for small to medium size businesses, workflow management is a must have and CI HUB excels in this area, and ETL support and other great features help CI HUB stand out.
Inconvénients
The only thing I would like more native integration with is in supporting data management. I know this might be an edge case but it's the only negative I saw during my trial.

CI HUB is one of a kind software that makes it's unique.
My overall experience has been great, and I want to use it always relating to my work.
Avantages
Integration with CI HUB has made it all easy and the work management is very smooth and fairly reliable. It's easy to understand and easy to use.
Inconvénients
There are no Cons, since I had been using this amazing software.

CI HUB is good if it doesn't take space on local drive
Avantages
We can perform other actions while image linking is in the process it doesn't hange that software, a lot of properties are enabled we get on the image.
Inconvénients
It take space on local drive which cause to slow the system and if other user use the same file he/she has to relink all the components

Good tool for PIM integration with Adobe and Microsoft tools
Overall experience is good if the use case is limited to exposing data from PIM and DAM products to Adobe or Microsoft tools.
Avantages
IT is easy to use and set up. There are a lot of products supported for integration. It makes it very easy to use PIM data in Adobe softwares. The interface is also pretty simple.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the tool has to be refreshed to reflect changes in API. It should also allow to export links for assets; this could be very useful for certain use cases. With some products, write back feature is not available.

Content Management review
Avantages
It was actually easy to use. I didn't expect that I would be able to use directly without learning it. But it was quite simple.
Inconvénients
I would love to have more features for content management. I think you guys miss a good dashboard where I can just view everything at once. And more features for web services. But over all it's been goos to use. If you add these features, then nothing like it.
