Was helpful but expensive
Avantages
Really like how helpful it was in scheduling volunteers.
Inconvénients
We didn’t use it to its full capacity, so wish there was a “lite” version for cheaper.

Thanks for your kind words! You mentioned having a "lite" version would be ideal - we do offer a free version for our products (expect Music Stand) and you could consider these a "lighter" version in most cases.

Easy to use system with self explanatory features, although UI seems to be late 2000's type.
The software really streamlined the planning process for church services and let me know exactly when I was needed as a musician, or as a sound engineer. There was no guesswork anymore thanks to Planning Center.
Avantages
The software makes it really easy to co-ordinate band and musician activities for any church service. I always know what's happening next and who is responsible. It takes the guesswork out of the service. It services the purpose for which it was created.
Inconvénients
The software seems to lack the modern look and feel to it, with the mobile app appearing to have been left behind in the early app development era.

Planning Center review
Great concept for software, but needs to be more user friendly. I would like it a lot more it if was more user friendly. I love the idea of having all of my planning done in one place.
Avantages
I really like the idea of Planning Center - one place to plan every aspect of your event. And then, send requests and reminders for volunteers. Wonderful concept! Makes for effective planning!
Inconvénients
Not user friendly in my opinion. The options and features are not always easy to find. Took a lot of frustrating hours to figure it out.

Planning Center
Avantages
I used planning center through my church to accept/decline invites to serve in a variety of aspects. I like that it was good at keeping things organized.
Inconvénients
I wish that I could sync my own calendar with the planning center.

Okay experience
Avantages
This product is middle of the road for me. I used it several times for larger, collaborative projects.
Inconvénients
I think it could have a much cleaner layout. I found it to be a little cluttery and not super intuitive.

Good team management
Avantages
I like how this website makes it easy to manage teams and individuals. It is great for scheduling multiple events, verifying who is available, and rearranging members/schedules
Inconvénients
The app itself is quite buggy frequently crashing or giving error messages. The built-in forms don't always work or allow editing.
