great for non-profit use!
Avantages
Planning center is very user friendly. Even if you don't have any experience with building sign ups it takes a minimal amount of time to learn. The products are low maintenance and it's a great way to track volunteers for a non-profit.
Inconvénients
Pulling people off waitlists is a little tedious, but otherwise, we really love this product.

Planning Center just organized our entire facility!
While the prospect of switching our entire system was overwhelming, Planning Center made it easy to understand and accomplish without added cost and wait time. Directions were clear and concise and the transition was flawless! We are already seeing progress and increased team involvement. THANK YOU PLANNING CENTER!
Avantages
Planning Center was free for 30 days (no credit card required), easy to setup and try hands on. It not only manages people directories and workflows, but also handles schedules and vacations. What a time saver! There are tutorials and plenty of helps available each step of the way and the one time we couldn't find the answer they emailed us back within the hour with a full explanation in details of our next step!
Inconvénients
The only con I would consider stating is the phone apps are a bit different than what is available online. It took a little getting used to but totally manageable and easy to understand.

Essential for church infrastructure
Overall I’ve loved using this product and working with the customer service team. They’ve been really helpful during this whole process!!
Avantages
I absolutely love this product! We’ve needed a fully in-house system to manage all the contacts, events, information, and communication of our ministry. Planning Center has made all of that so easy at and extremely affordable price.
Inconvénients
It has been a little difficult to on-board our team and volunteers. It’s been a crazy season with Covid as well, so it’s been a trial and error process to introduce the products to our team.

All at your finger tips
All the information is at your finger tips, location, time, assignment of music. etc.. This is a great app.
Avantages
I first get an invitation if I would like to accept or decline then I get my assignments of songs and the information of the event.
Inconvénients
So far nothing, everything seems to be great. I have used it for about one month and I don't have any complaints.

Great alternative for sharing spaces! Love the resource feature
Avantages
Prior to this tool, a collaborative, interactive calendar between my landlord and other tenants had been largely ineffective!
Inconvénients
Took just a little bit of playing around with to get the hang of it. Perhaps our admin should've trained us!

It does everything!
We have switched over to Planning Center for our church logistic needs and are overly pleased with all that it is bringing to the table.
Avantages
The connection of the different apps to one central service is excellent. It is nice to have all of these features available in one place. Planning center sets the standard.
Inconvénients
It takes a while to learn how to do everything. There is a lot to learn.

Thanks Nate! You're right, there's a lot to learn, but we normally recommend biting off a little bit at a time as you roll out Planning Center to different ministries instead of all at once.
