For example if I send 1000 mails through Gmass. All 1000 mails are shown in the sent list instead of a single mail. This is a big thing they need to work on. @ [sensitive content hidden] hope you are doing it. I am reducing a star for it.

I send a LOT of emails and I just dont' have the time to send out emails individually. This product helps me *appear* to be sending out personal emails. It's just a time saver!!!

My only true concern is it is very robust and I don't know if I have the time or patience to learn all it can do.

We needed a tool that would allow our team to reach out to a high volume of prospects and sure enough GMass did not disappoint. It is very easy to use, works natively on Gmail, amazing auto-follow up feature!!! We are planning to get a team subscription very soon. Great solution overall :)

The drafts do not automatically delete, so it could get confusing. I wish it could be fixed.

I like reports built in this app - they just awesome. You can track opens, clicks, and etc. right in your Gmail desktop

I do need creating and using a template as an addon. Lot's of times we need to use a prepared common template and change some. but it is hard to just forward the previous letter because you have to tidy update every tracked link.

GMass is a super power. I have found no greater way to connect with my clients at scale with such precision. Using gmass has increased my response rate to client improving their satisfaction and improving my sales. You can get more done in less time with Gmass.

The price has increased. I do not see new features to justify this.

I purchased this extension in an emergency as my team needed to quickly send mass communication to thousands of customers over a 2-week period. I had never heard of this product but the description seemed to fit what I needed.

After intending to only use it for the first month, I now can't imagine functioning without it. Needless to say that I'm keeping for the foreseeable future.

GMass makes it extremely easy to not only send mass campaigns and communication to customers, but it allows me to do it seamlessly and effortlessly. I did not have to spend hours or days trying to figure out how the platform worked which was perfect for my and I.

I'm extremely happy with the product and haven't yet run into any issues with it.

I have not come across any negative aspects of this product in the time that I've been using it.

Absolutely love this extension, this makes my life sooo much easier! I used Mail Merge with Outlook before, but this is so much more seamless with GoogleSheets. The mini training and information provided on how to use it is super user-friendly and helpful to get a jump start on the tool. The automation and customization/auto follow-up is literally the cherry on top!

It's a unique software and I like how I don't have to go into Mailchimp or Active Campaign to send out email blasts and that I can do it via gmail.

Inconvénients

There is a little bit of a learning curve and there are lots of features and functions that I can incorporate such as sending out Google Sheets and such. I also think the pricing is a bit high for what it offers. It's cheaper than Mailchimp and Active Campaign but still think the price is a bit high.
