For regional Sales Reps
I really need to accurately track every opening and every click. In my case: At first, I do an email campaign and after email. At second, I do cold calling accurately aimed with the assistance of reports from "gmass".
I have about 20 geo regions in Russia on my duty and about 2000 of B2B leads and 500 existing acquired partners summary. Every day I can switch between my regions and focus on 25-100 recipients for my email campaign.
Avantages
I like reports built in this app - they just awesome. You can track opens, clicks, and etc. right in your Gmail desktop
Inconvénients
I do need creating and using a template as an addon. Lot's of times we need to use a prepared common template and change some. but it is hard to just forward the previous letter because you have to tidy update every tracked link.

GMass is a super power.
Avantages
GMass is a super power. I have found no greater way to connect with my clients at scale with such precision. Using gmass has increased my response rate to client improving their satisfaction and improving my sales. You can get more done in less time with Gmass.
Inconvénients
The price has increased. I do not see new features to justify this.

Easy to use bulk email
Avantages
I use this app in education to help personalise and get traction on messages to both staff and students. Just having a name at the top of the email makes all the difference!
Inconvénients
So far no barriers. The system works flawlessly.
