Being a non technical person I would say GMass is the perfect solutions for my needs. The things that helped me a lot were Follow-ups and Personalization. Earlier I used other platforms for my emails sequences, but they were complicated and many of them would end up in either Promotional or Spam. My work usually requires me to send around 350-400 emails a day and thankfully with Gmass the open rates have increased significantly, which resulted in a lot of clients for my business.

Inconvénients

Everything is fine, but if I had to change somethin it would be that when I save my email in the draft the follow ups disappear and I have create the follow ups again.

I really like the free tools that it provides like the mail warmup tool. Apart from that its reports functionality is really good and to the point.

Using it is little tough the first time. It should advertise or promote its free tools more.

One bug which frustrated me is that when you cancel a campaign, it still sends a lot of emails... Which I suppose is my fault. So word of advice, ensure your emails are 100% correct before sending :)

There is nothing I dislike about using GMass.

Nothing. I was hopeful that Gmass would send a larger quantity of emails using my gmail account and their SMPT server. This proved futile. Their were approximately 30-40% bounce rate. I switched to Outlook and had no issues.

It did not do what it purported to do and subsequently caused google to close my gmail account.

Ease of use. I've used multiple platforms in the past and nothing compares to Gmass. I love the ability to track emails and send drip campaigns throughout the balance of the month. Tracking is spot on and the platform keeps you balanced with regards to blacklisting and spamming.

It takes a bit of getting used to, but no different than any other type of tool for marketing.

This is a very good way of making an entire day's worth of lead generation take less than five minutes. Hugely efficient.

Love being able to set auto follow ups for emails sent and track if they have been opened. It really makes following up so much easier as I no longer need reminders to do so.

The reporting could be improved including showing exactly what follow-ups are scheduled, including the content. Also it would be great to have an area where you can amend and edit any auto follow up templates easily.
