FlightDocs ease of use
Very friendly team to work with. Only down side I noticed was it took about 2 months to fully get our second airplane up and running.
Avantages
The software is very simple to use and information is easily obtainable. The cost versus the other main competitor was definitely worth the switch.
Inconvénients
No dislikes so far with the software. Just the length of time it takes to get an airplane up and running.

Awesome Customer Service and Support
Rep team members of Flightdocs have helped me almost daily on learning the ins and outs of how flightdocs works. BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU helping me with the training I need to utilize this for my position, ya'll are AWESOME!!

Flightdocs - Technical records management
Avantages
Flightdocs has an easy to use interface and you can analyze your data as well as store it. From the view point of maintenance planning and tech records personnel it is an ideal software.
Inconvénients
Reliability reports generation is not as good as it is supposed to be.

A Maintenance Tool Cleverly Disguised as a Tracking Program
Good program. Far different than CMP so for old farts like me there is a bit of a learning curve. Good support early on, then customer is left to fend for themselves. So it seems. Could just be that like move mechanics we hate to ask for help.
Avantages
The logbook entries are excellent and easily the best feature in the program. That and the customer support.
Inconvénients
Search functions are not as intuitive as I would like. Information is there but rather than pre-canned searches it requires the operator to dig for the info.

New To FlightDocs
As of now, overall I am more pleased with Flightdocs than I was with the previous program we were using.
Avantages
Very user friendly. The drop downs make it easy to find what I am looking for.

My knowledge. I am new to the software so I am still learning.

As the administrator of the log in I can’t add or delete technicians to sign off items without calling

None
Avantages
Friendly support people and would probably work if just using for maintenance tracking. They are definitely less expensive than other tracking programs but if you have a new airplane they have to build your tracking.
Inconvénients
Did not deliver on their promises and would not refund our money. Make sure they can do what you request, and be using it, before you pay them or you'll be out the money.

Ease of use, increases revenue
Fantastic! I recommend to other fbos looking for maintenance tracking tools.
Avantages
This software is easy to use, and increases our revenue because our chartered planes are able to fly more often due to our regularly scheduled maintenance records.
Inconvénients
There isn't anything that I dislike. This is a fantastic application and I look forward to using it more.

First Impressions
First impressions are critical. Had a question and not only did I get to speak to a real person when I called. We were able to cover other questions I didn't even know I had at the time. Very happy with the ease of the system and professionalism of the support team.
Avantages
Very in your face. I love the home screen clearly posting my information
Inconvénients
So far haven't found an issue. We are a small flight department, hopefully we can use more if what the software has to offer

Avantages
The graphical interface was fantastic. The data was very easy to see and understand.

It was difficult to learn. The complexity of it all was too much to implement reliably.
