A powerful and reliable FTP Server
Avantages
Cerberus FTP Server is a powerful file transfer software which support various protocols, such as FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP and HTTPS, which have, by definition, secure layers to keep files save and encrypted.It also supports two-factor authentication, granting another layer of protection to data in transit.
Inconvénients
Free trial only allows for 25 day use and no free license is available. Standard license supports most features, but can be coasty for low budget organizations.

FTP Hound
Avantages
Cerberus is SFTP Server that also support SSH and FTP only.
You can transfer file using web interface and or by using any client app too.
You can setup email notifications for various scenarios.
You can apply retention policy for security, versioning or for other reasons.
It can also be a part of Active directory so you don't have to create and manage separte user for FTP or sFTP Server.
Inconvénients
It doesn't support file syncing capability that may requires in some cases like me.
