JungleWork Yelo reviews

Jungleworks provided me a very frustrating and poor experience, and now I want my refund, for which they are not giving me (even though it’s in the contract).

I paid for a full year and was promised in the contract a 3-week implementation. Due to their delays, unresponsiveness, and lack of customer care, we are now in week 9 of this implementation. I have asked for a refund, but they are refusing, despite their acknowledgment of their own delays and product issues. I’m still in pursuit of receiving my refund with little support from this company. I’m so mentally and emotionally drained, disappointed with this whole experience, and appalled at this company’s lack of accountability and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

Despite being a loyal customer of another product of theirs, I still have to jump through hoops in an attempt to get my money back. They are missing a golden opportunity to salvage this relationship, but they don’t seem interested in helping their customers.

I would look to other options before considering the Yelo online ordering system from Jungleworks.

Avantages

The demos looked really good so I thought this could be a good solution for my business. I was wrong.

- Unresponsive
- Base functionality not working properly
- Poor customer service
- refusing to give a refund

One of the best options available on internet

Shameful Experience

Have Paid for 6 months in advance, 3 months into the service, our project has not been live yet.

Avantages

Fraud company. Don't have any regard. Have taken money in advance and sitting idle with no response from them.

Inconvénients

Team is shameful and fraudulent. Keeps changing team members who bring you back to square one.

Another platform

From the short time I have used the product it seems to be okay.

Avantages

This software has about the same interface to sell your products online. What I like most is that it’s easy to set up.

Inconvénients

There is nothing that I like least about this software. It’s just like any other software, you have to learn it.

Thus far, it's been great - terrific team in place.

the ease of setup is exemplary and the communication during the development process is great.

None that I can think of at this time as the service has been up to expectation

Tried Yelo Free demo, very useful

Avantages

Easy to use and setup without coding. Good amount of features available. Budget friendly.

Stay Away from Jungleworks

Stay away from this company.

Avantages

They are good in making promises they can’t keep, like timelines and a custom product. Stay away from them.

Inconvénients

Not a good business to deal with. I spent lots of money that I can’t get back. Hire a developer and save yourself from this unprofessional company.
