The Square - for all your needs.
Sometimes the application glitches and needs a reboot so can be slow starting up. Though once working, I experience a positive outcome and have no complaints.
Avantages
Square appointments has everything in one for what is needed to run a business. It's also accessible anywhere which is very convenient.
Inconvénients
The customization within an appointment is lacking.

Appointment scheduling ease
Avantages
I have used this scheduling software as a client (booking services through someone using Square) many times, and it's very versatile. I've easily booked hair appointments to doctor's appointments through my phone. This not only saves me the hassle of calling and waiting on hold, as well as saves businesses valuable time--when otherwise they'd be answering phones.
Inconvénients
For clients who are using this software for scheduling for their own business, it's important to always keep your appointments up to date. Nothing could be more frustrating than booking through this program, then finding out it was an incorrect appointment slot.

A very easy way to book appointments for Square users!
Square Appointments has given me an easy way to allow clients to book consultations with me and pay me in advance online. It's convenient and allow clients to see exactly what my services cost and what is involved with each service.
Avantages
Integration with existing Square account and website, ability to customize list of services and prices
Inconvénients
Limited ability to customize appointment site - logo can be added, but colors and designs cannot

Easy way to manage appointments with customers
Avantages
It works with all other Square software, easy to set up, and a simple interface for my team and our customers.
Inconvénients
It needs more features - I understand it's relatively new to the Square suite of products, but it needs more functionality (calendar integration, etc).
