Wrike offer our team the most reliable collaboration features which help us gain team unity and work together more elaborately on our projects. It also has very useful project dashboards that help us get a real time view of our project activities making it easy to monitor their progress and performance. Wrike has workflow automations that has helped us to automate the routine tasks making them less reliant on us. Wrike is an easy to use product and the user interface is very neat and user friendly.

Inconvénients

We have not seen anything that we don't like in Wrike. Every aspect about it has been outstanding.

Avantages

Wrike's intuitive design makes it an easy work management application to adopt. It provides a robust set of features, such as task management, project scheduling, resource allocation, time tracking, and collaboration tools, to streamline team projects and workflows.

Inconvénients

Some of the reporting features could be improved upon. The formatting of reports saved to PDF isn't always aligned.

I liked how it was customizable, and I often would switch from board view to list view to get a different perspective and keep things fresh. I liked how quick the updates were, and the ease of use. None of us were familiar with Wrike, and we got a crash course. Some took to it faster - getting used to the sub-tasks and they went in much deeper. But that was what made it work for all of us. We all work differently and my co-worker may get a task done more efficiently by making multiple sub-tasks and working through them while I do better with a check-list. (Oh, how I loved the checklist!)

Inconvénients

From an end-user point of view, my biggest complaint was that our sales team didn't use Wrike. This caused us to have to duplicate communications with the sales team. For example, we would have to put on our Wrike ticket that we completed the task and document how we did it for our management team, but then we'd have to do it again in Salesforce for the sales team. There was a good side to that as well though. It was as if we could use our Wrike tickets to freely communicate, and measure our words more carefully when we were writing to the sales team in salesforce. So even that wasn't so bad.
The main thing I didn't like was the fact that we don't use it anymore. We were told by upper management that we needed something more granular and that we had tweaked Wrike as much as we could. But, to be honest, I think it was the fact that we've used Salesforce for such a long time and I don't see that changing, so they developed a sales support request system that lives in salesforce. It works, but I do miss Wrike.

Sometimes it's hard to declutter items when a users missed to understand how things were created in the first place.

Once you learn how to use it, it's a great tool. However, it does take some getting used to, there are definitely programs with less of a learning curve.

Using Wrike, I am able to see all of the tasks that go to a particular marketing campaign and get a better grasp on the overall scope of the project. It's great that you can create workflows for different types of requests. I like the fact that you can create workflows to handle different requests.

Inconvénients

Finding specific requests is often difficult or impossible due to the poor search feature. The user interface isn't the most intuitive, and you'll need to be familiar with the way Wrike operates in order to get around.

Avantages

Wrike is continually developing, adding new features and refining the ones it already has to better serve your project management needs. I've used a lot of different systems, and Wrike is by far the most feature-rich one.

Inconvénients

Some features aren't performing quite as effectively as they could. In addition, we struggled with compatibility with third-party software, particularly Microsoft's offerings.

Wrike's greatest strength, in my opinion, is the community of helpful people you meet there. There have been no issues with the screen that lists the various projects. Its inexpensive price helps me avoid frivolous purchases.

I enjoy that there are several methods to accomplish a task with Wrike; users may utilize Wrike anyway they see fit and customize it to their work style and structure. There are also other tools that make it simple for our staff to customize plans, forms, and so on. I enjoy how adaptable Wrike is; there appears to be a feature designed to meet any requirement my team has. Whether it's task management through several perspectives, monitoring of resources/efforts, Gantt chart tracking of broader project timeframes, etc.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a space for general notes where you could brainstorm and randomly dump notes until you found a place for them to reside, such as in an assignment or project. Usually, the things I dislike are things that the tool cannot perform, but more often than not, they are features that are being developed behind the scenes. Because my organization is undergoing frequent structural changes to projects, it can take me a long time to adapt projects to these changes and provide the metrics needed to follow these projects.

I like the collaboration features, that I can AT mention my colleagues to get quick feedback or assign them tasks when we work on projects together as a team. The "My To Do" and "Calendar" views are helpful so I can see what I have coming up next without being overwhelmed by a mountain of projects and tasks that aren't due to begin just yet.

Inconvénients

Because it is so customizable, it was a work in progress getting started and figuring out just what the software could do best. It is still a work in progress learning all of the features available and integrating them into our business.

Using Wrike from the start was easy, and the video tutorials are very helpful for new users, with all kinds of guiding content such as setting up your workspace, new projects, search, among others.

Project management runs efficiently thanks to the functions you have at hand, it also has a good notification system, you are always aware of modifications or any difficulties in the course of projects, there are real-time updates and individual dashboards.
This tool has given me good results, less wasted time and fewer errors in the course.
The exchange of documents, the support, the solution to tasks that are constantly being performed are well solved.
The workload chart is also a good alternative to measure group production, deadlines and distribution to avoid overload.

Inconvénients

1-I feel a bit limited using Wrike from my cell phone, as a result of which I feel I don't have much mobility; the app needs more attention and optimization.

2-I would like to be able to build more dynamic forms, with a bit more detail. But I guess it's ok, Wrike as a project manager is one of the best, the other features are a plus.

KPI's features and dashboards are really great with all the possible alternatives.

At one time the system stopped working but this is not really an incident as it happened only once.

Wrike covers the full spectrum of project management from intake forms, to project assignment and management, to file review, to communication. I love how customizable everything is to meet our needs and the ability to automate project assignment using Blueprints.

Inconvénients

When setting up forms, there isn't the ability to change a question format after starting to create it which can be frustrating. Also, we have encountered an issue where users aren't given notifications that a task was assigned to them when the task was assigned in the blueprint but then a project was created based on the blueprint.And while I love how customizable Wrike is, this also makes it a bit cumbersome to manage and understand how everything interacts with each other.

Avantages

The fact that i can accessing to this software to get update on my project that i collaborating with my colleague is the biggest point. Wrike can be access from my web browser and need no software installation with it. The graphical design for the software is minimal and clean, and it not messing my eyes after hours of time staring at the software.

Inconvénients

We can't adding all the employees on the company to have access to the software, as it will cost more based on the user using it. On other word, it is expensive for small and medium organization to own the software. There are no new feature introduce to the software, and the current bugs takes month to get fix.

I love the Dashboards. They are very flexible, so our team has an overarching dashboard for all team projects and tasks, and I have a personal to-do dashboard with the upcoming projects, ongoing tasks, files for projects in post production, and a ta-da list of projects and tasks I have completed in the day.

I wish the software would include a meaningful archive feature. We organize projects by the Fiscal Year, and there are often recurring projects by FY.

Avantages

I like how easy it is to create forms and assign blueprints for incoming project requests. Very flexible with a lot of functionalities. I also like the automation function, limited as it is currently but it allows us to save a lot of time by automating repeated actions.

Inconvénients

The interface is always something I feel can be improved. The three-pane display is always something new users need to get used to. Custom fields in projects are presented haphazardly which makes it hard to locate fields you are looking for. They are now arranged alphabetically but I would like to see them in organized rows like what is seen on tasks. Also, the ability to mass edit projects can be a tremendous help.

This is a tool in the cloud that allows the management of projects with a fairly high acceptance capacity by professionals, this system allows analyzing from risks to performance in a professional and quite fast way, it is also implemented mainly by medium and large companies without this being a limitation for those who wish to use it

In order to collaborate on a project with several individuals, Wrike is an excellent tool. An excellent tool for keeping track of project phases and milestones, thanks to its well-designed visuals. It's useful for campaigns that affect a wide range of people from different departments. However, I do believe that the functionality may be improved.

I had a lot of difficulty using the search feature of the application. Project layout was also a little perplexing to me. I used to get a little lost in all of the subfolders that were nested inside the main folder.

The best way to review/comment and see the history of the design project. Also, works really well for video reviews and animations.

I feel you are missing some file formats that are not readable in the file preview. Like GIFs or SVG

My favorite thing about this software is how easily we were able to get going and that it seamlessly broke down silos and increased collaboration and visibility.

Inconvénients

People get lost in the levels of projects, especially when there are lots of sub projects and tasks. This especially becomes frustrating to our end users when they can't find a conversation or comment because its buried in a task somewhere.
