Termsfeed - my experience
My overall experience was amazing and I’m very happy to continually work with termsfeed.
Avantages
How well it was compliant with todays laws and how cheap it was. I would’ve had to spend thousands on an attorney or lawyer to do the same thing terms feed did for much cheaper
Inconvénients
There isn’t much to dislike about the software, everything I wanted was already on the software.

All in one solution for creating a Policy, Disclaimer, Privacy.... Stuff, that you normally don't like to create - made easy now!
Inconvénients
Could have more options for social media (Facebook, Instagram etc) - when I add policies to my website I would love to cover that, too.

I am an attorney and have used TermsFeed for clients' policies needs
Avantages
It is easy and smooth to use. As this is a rapidly changing area of law, it is nice to be able to easily update and add terms as needed.
Inconvénients
The only con I have is that while the free hosting is nice and convenient, using a link seems to take users away from the site to TermsFeed, rather than opening a new tab.

The payment model is a little confusing to me. I'm unsure what I already purchased.

Termsfeed gave me what I needed
Great!
Avantages
I needed to create a terms of conditions and private policy to be used on my website because I started collecting emails on it. TermsFeed gave me exactly what I needed to implement with ease. I liked the way the questionnaire process allowed me to tweak and alter what I need to implement.
Inconvénients
I think the software could be improved by creating templates for different industries, service bases, e-commerce, email collection etc... to help newcomers learn what can be put onto our policy/ terms of conditions to help protect us even further.

Fast and easy!
Very happy I discovered it online. Simple to use and get basic compliance docs at little to no cost.
Avantages
The fact that you can produce simple generic compliance documents without cost.
Inconvénients
Just the ability to add industry specific conditions mainly to do with the 'Returns & Refund Policy'

So far we have not encountered any issues with visitors having any issues with the Terms of Use letter.

Termsfeed offers a simple but extremely effective solution for a lot of my clients. Whenever someone is looking for quick but reliable T&C's, Privacy Policies, Return Policies etc and not looking to shed out thousands on solicitors, they are always thrilled to discover Termsfeed.
Inconvénients
The only cons I would consider for Termsfeed are the ability to add bespoke sections and format them correctly, but of course you can do this after too.

It was really easy to pick the different conditions that we wanted for our policy.
Inconvénients
There aren't many cons. If I had to choose something it would be that some policies cost money to add, but it was a one-time fee. It is much better to pay for the policies and protect yourself than have issues down the line.

Great way to generate terms and privacy policy
Being able to customize the form generation was nice, and I was pleased with the final product.
Avantages
Compared to hiring a lawyer, TermsFeed gave me both an incredibly comprehensive privacy policy and terms of use for a lot less money.
Inconvénients
Given it's a form generator, I do wish it was less expensive.

Great experience using TermsFeed. I recommend if you don't want to spend hundreds or thousands on lawyer fees.

Termsfeed is great for a quick policy that is well written, easy to understand, easy to brand, and is yours at the end of the day. I recommend!
