A good alternative over other Cloud services
I'm on the test end, and the experience has been smooth. Granted, it hasn't been that long, but we haven't had any issues with it and our team has only praises for the service.
Avantages
Our go-to for important and big files that require massive distribution. Our tech team implemented this with ease and chose it over other alternatives.
Inconvénients
Can't think of a contra, to be honest. Deployment was fast and they got to it almost immediately.

Drift Detection and Identifies changes outside of templates.

Inconvénients
Templates can get large and hard to manage.
Slow Deployments: Especially when updating or deleting complex stacks.
Limited Looping/Logic: Lacks the flexibility of programming languages (compared to CDK or Terraform).
Syntax and behavior (e.g., rollback, conditions) can be tricky for newcomers.

My overall experience has been positive. It has been a pleasant experience to utilize this service.
Avantages
Call Hub is what we use for work. I like that the calls are clear with no interruptions.
Inconvénients
The call lists have had the same numbers under different state reps so basically we are calling the same people twice for no reason.

Slower than others
It served it's purpose unless needing to use QuickBooks.
Avantages
It is user-friendly and easy to setup and start using.
Inconvénients
When it connected it was slow and I had a difficult time with QuickBooks working in the environment.

Ideal tool for Building IAAC services
I prefer CloudFormation templates for Serverless development
Avantages
Cloudformation works with YAML/JSON files and has simple syntax to build large scale applications. It works well for deploying applications across multiple regions with simple code and is very useful for development and deployment in higher enviroments of software development lifecycle where console access should be read only/restricted
Inconvénients
Sometimes I feel the error scenarios/messages are not well handled. I spend a lot of time debugging CFT templates
