The project data insights collection, resource management and the coordination functionality with Zoho Projects is more profitable.

I love the easy on implementing this product and the training curve is short and no dislike found.

The Dashboard needs to be improved to customize how the admin wants to make it. Also the color code status columns should be more than one. Rest everything looks good.

Zoho Projects is one of the softwares with more tools and connected to different platforms that I know. The ability to track tasks, hours. and other project indicators is awesome.

Inconvénients

Even tho is capable of almost anything that other software can do is a little bit "unfriendly" if you are not highly capacitated on it. It takes a lot of time for the daily user to log hours into different tasks and projects so at the end of the ay a lot of users don't use a lot of the tools.

The same applies for the customer when you want them to use it. It is complicated and the notifications on everything sometimes annoy them. This is maximized with the lack of self customer service, more friendly and updated training videos or guides would help a lot.

Avantages

It has about 1000 features, which is cool. Unfortunately, 999 of them are obscure, unnecessary, confusing, and remain unused. So it lacks proficiency in the most basic and most necessary of features.

Inconvénients

Zoho Projects is truly one of the least intuitive, most frustrating softwares I have ever used. It's been nothing but a headache from start to finish with some of the worst UX/UI I've ever seen and it lacks some of the most basic tools a project management software should have. I'm so relieved to be moving on.

I handle work with a lot of independent contractors, and this is a great tool to see what projects are being worked on and I can get updates and uploads from people out in the field.

Inconvénients

I have the same con for all Zoho softwares. They are all sold separately! I would love to be able to integrate this with Zoho CRM without breaking the budget.

Many options to followup and create structure in projects, each project with own feed which allows all team members to quickly stay up to date with latest status, integration with chat functions per project or general to have information more bundled, next challenge is to make sure more colleagues all use the same tool

Inconvénients

Product is continuously in development, this gives sometimes new features or new buttons which are not always clear, for some colleagues this requires more coaching to keep using it, for most users it works very intuitive

It integrates with other Soho products well and has a lot of features you'd expect in top end project management systems.

Inconvénients

It's so confusingly organised. Settings are all over the place, in non-logical places, sometimes five clicks deep to get to. If you spend a few days setting it all up, it's powerful. You'll need a manual to do it though!

What I really like about ZOHO project management software is how it helps keep me on task, the timer is especially helpful.

What I like least is setting up various communications with staff, sometimes I have trouble explaining to them how to use the software.
