The perfect solution to simplify and control your business expenses
My overall experience has been tremendously positive. Since the moment I joined this platform, I have felt a great relief when it comes to managing business expenses. The combination of my credit card and the intuitive software has greatly simplified the entire process.
Avantages
What I liked the most about this application is the ease and convenience it offers when it comes to managing business expenses. Using his credit card and intuitive software, he was able to automate the entire process of expense reporting, budgeting, and reimbursement. I no longer have to deal with mountains of receipts and endless spreadsheets, now everything is automatically recorded and organized.
Inconvénients
Although in general I loved the experience with this platform, there is one aspect that could be improved. Sometimes I have experienced some technical difficulties with the software, such as platform errors or delays in loading information. Although these problems are not frequent and the support team has always been attentive and quick to solve any problem.

Grow with Divvy
One of the biggest things that Divvy has helped us with is bookkeeping and categorization, and as a result we have been able to stick with our outsourced accountant for 4+ years instead of hiring a new employee. As we grow to surpass 100+ employees, we look forward to continuing to grow with Divvy and seeing what value they continue to provide.
Avantages
Divvy is ahead of its time as a product and company. The employees are high-quality, super helpful, and they have a fast chat response time and help solve your problems quickly. The product is constantly improving. It has helped us to manage spend from less than 10 employees to almost 100 employees.
Inconvénients
Waiting on HRIS integration with Rippling but told this is coming soon! Can't wait!

Upgraded Our Expense Management Process!
We spend less time printing, scanning, typing, and re-typing for our expenses since beginning to use Divvy. It's a net positive.
Avantages
App is very easy to use - almost no instruction needed - intuitive!
Inconvénients
Lack of integration of reimbursements - expenses not charged to the card - with our accounting software makes the last 10-15% of our transactions more difficult than before.

Divvy is a great way to manage company spending
Great experience so far, I think my company will stay with it for a long time to come. It has worked perfectly for us, and before we would just spend on personal cards and apply for reimbursement, but this is a much superior process.
Avantages
As a user, I have a company card through Divvy, attached to the app, and it has been a real simple tool to use. I can go in before I make the purchase and choose what budget it needs to come out of, or if I forget, as long as the transaction went through, I can classify which budget after the fact if needed. The app is almost instant as far as seeing transactions, and the app notifications are great.
Inconvénients
The only thing I could really mention is that the app asks for a picture of a receipt if you need to put one in there, and then saves that photo to my gallery too. I'm sure that's as intended, but it would be nice if that photo lived strictly in the app, and not saved to my phone as well.

TONS of value for FREE?
It's been great! This is going to be a game-changer for any business.
Avantages
This is an awesome tool. Expense reporting, budgeting, spending cards, virtual cards, budgets -- this tool does it all. FOR FREE. A must-have for any budget-conscious business. Which is basically every business.
Inconvénients
When I originally signed up, they didn't have many credit options, it was all mostly "debit", which is fine, but there are times when a line of credit is nice. (I believe they do have that now? I need to reach out.)

Divvy helps bring simplicity and sanity into managing our expenses
I'd suggest this to anyone who doesn't enjoy managing expenses and budgets (which I think includes about everyone). It's easy to use, easy to learn, and makes your life so much easier. The team is also super helpful and looks for ways to go above and beyond to get the job done. Great product that has brought great results to our team.
Avantages
This product has made my life so much easier when it comes to budgeting and managing expenses. We ordered a card for every one of our employees and whenever they need money all they need to do is request it and within minutes they can have it. Setting up budgets is simple and intuitive and if you ever have questions your are seconds away from an incredible customer support team. I also love the reminders about categorizing expenses that it sends to me and my team after we use the card for a purchase. Great product and a great team to work with.
Inconvénients
Overall I don't have much to put here. Every once in a while a bug will surface on the app but it usually doesn't slow down anything at all. Had very little issues with anything on the app.

Divvy makes expense tracking seamless
Divvy has made it easier for our team to have a bird's eye view of what we're spending each month. There are no surprises at the end of the month.
Avantages
I love not having to ask people for a company credit card and having to keep track of physical receipts. Everything is done within the app and it's extremely easy to request the funds I need when I'm booking marketing activities.
Inconvénients
They could become a more robust product with forecasting spend & data analysis. Right now it's all retrospective. They are great with coming out new features though!

Great for a startup that is bootstrapped and beyond
Having all the HR and many IT functions in one spot for one person to manage is awesome.
Avantages
Very easy to learn, use, and customize! The features are pretty self-explanatory and the initial training is easy and helpful. Even the help via chat is a fast response.
Inconvénients
Virtual card feature has never worked in the past year, big bummer.

Overall very positive both as a potential user for my company, and as a SAAS product owner who is using Divvy to integrate with their platform.
Avantages
Easy to use and understand features within the software. The API support was great and documented enough to get started with few roadblocks.
Inconvénients
It would be nice for the expiration of the receipt images to be configurable by the client. We have use cases that we would be okay with leaving the images available via link for 30+ days.

Spending reinvented
Avantages
Divvy lets me manage spending in real time. I don't have to wait until the end of the month. Also, I have complete control over who I allocate funds to and for what purpose. The combo of credit card and app is super powerful.
Inconvénients
There are a few features I'd like to see, but I know they are on the roadmap. They are moving fast and adding more features

Completely free expense management solution with rewards
Avantages
Pricing; it's more than free, Divvy will actually pay you in rewards to use it! Dynamic spend controls and virtual "burner" cards to manage recurring subscriptions helps provide visibility and management like never before.
Inconvénients
Lack of a programmatic API limits the volume and velocity we issue cards at.

Divvy makes business expenses easy and fast
We have given all of our employees divvy cards which has given them the freedom to make business purchases but removed the issues of employees abusing having a corporate card.
Avantages
I love the quick ability to take care of my business expenses on the spot. The virtual card numbers are also great for controlling software trials and security.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the virtual card numbers are sussed out by companies and it causes cancellations in subscriptions.

Great tool!
I've had a great experience so far.
Avantages
I love not having to use my own credit card for business travel and other expenses. It's nice to be able to automate managing this. The app is great and shows exactly what my expenses were. Makes it easy to track.
Inconvénients
Having to request more funds during the middle of the trip.

An easy way to manage work-based expenses
It makes our travel and expense management so much easier.
Avantages
It is very easy for us to assign budgets for specific projects/trips and track documentation. Users can request additional funds if needed and loading more cash onto a users card is easy.
Inconvénients
Cards have been declined before even when funds have been allocated. I'm not sure whether this was a Divvy issue or an issue with the vendor where the user was making payment.

Perfect Platform For Expense Reports!
I have had a great experience with Divvy.
Avantages
First off, you can't beat the price. Free is always the best price. It is very simple and easy to use. With that being said, it still has some great functionality for how easy it is.
Inconvénients
Divvy is a great company and has a great tool. Since they are a startup, they have some little improvements to make on the frontend. They will get there.

Great report and expense system
Moving to a new software is always hard, and the initial change and learning curve can be difficult for some.
Avantages
It just makes reporting so much easier. Seems like keeping track of where our department funds are going is much easier with this system.

I know their team their is continually looking to improve the product.
Avantages
I love the ease of use for Divvy. Nobody likes expense reports and I like how this can also be a major plus to prevent fraud.
Inconvénients
The only con I can think of is further Product development.
