Almost, there is no crashes. The GUI is very comfortable to use. There is an option to save your scripts and easily find them. A lot of properties to make the tool more comfortable and fit to each user.

Inconvénients

There is no graphic interface for execution plan. Altering tables using GUI is less comfortable then with competitors.

I've been using free version of dbeaver since 2018. First of all, it is very good that the product is multiplatform. I can easily use it on my windows, ubuntu and macbook m1 devices. SQL editor is successfully designed. Software receives frequent updates. It is also nice that the free version of this product is opensource project.

Inconvénients

Sometimes import, export data and may be causing the problem. Also UI may seem a bit confusing for first-timers.

Satisfied enough with DBeaver. Helpful enough for editing database and can easily develop production deployment scripts. I have used the free version and has proved to be extremely useful and works very well. Satisfied with the tool and helps save a lot of time.

Additionally, another compelling advantage of using DBeaver is auto-completion of keywords and formatting at the time of writing queries. You can even easily connect to Snowflake and other servers. in case of any queries, we can easily contact the community.

At times, it may happen that exact errors are not provided in the queries. No export feature available.

I love the ease of use of DBeaver. I use it on a daily basis to manage several MariaDB databases. It works great on Kubuntu and has become my goto tool for database management. It remembers tabs for my next session, has an easy SQL editor with autocompletion and is straight forward to run through a proxy.

Inconvénients

On occasion, I have had problems creating both MySql events and procedures using Dbeaver. In both cases I have had to resort to the MySql command prompt and then confirm through DBeaver. A minor annoyance as these are unusual use cases for me.

Great database tool that lets you connect and manage PostgreSQL databases and many others (MySql, Oracle, SqlServer etc. ). I've tested a lot of PostgreSQL tools and this is the most reliable and most fully featured one I've tried. Supports transactions, parameters for queries, exports, imports and more.

Inconvénients

Some updates have been buggy, but they fix it quickly. I usually wait 10 days now before installing an update.

It has so many features that I find very useful, for example the query editor with output and object explorer is fabulous. But the most impressive feature is its connectivity to almost any database engine, from a SQLite to a Postgres database or Microsoft sql. Also there is a build in feature to manage the table schemas and data model to change data types and modify or add relationships!! I forgot also to mention the performance monitoring this is great to see how is the database performing. Dbeaver is a full feature database manager.

Inconvénients

Not much, only that if you open two instances of the same app it shows an error of the driver being in use, but there is no need for doing this.

The availability for Ubuntu has been a lifesaver. I usually use another piece of software for writing queries but theyre not available for Ubuntu. The UI and the easy navigation is quite helpful

El poder utilizar todas mis bases de datos desde un solo lugar es grandioso, tengo un espacio de trabajo más limpio y mejor desempeño en mi computadora al no consumir tantos recursos.
Me permite crear proyectos de distintos tipos de DB en la misma interfase.
Lo catalogo como un excelente cambio a Toad.

Using the unique user interface and simple navigations makes it easy to use in simple connections. This Beaver replaces the individual UI interfaces for each database. This one provides more information than the default software provided by the database management organizations. Also, query terminal and table creation options are pretty useful.

Apart from the simple connections, it becomes hard to locate some features and the learning curve for advanced operations is quite steep. So, it lacks to provide a unique user experience for advanced users.
