Onlyoffice was quick to install and integrate with our existing infrastructure. Works well!
Avantages
We are able to collaboratively edit our word and excel docs while maintaining their document formats.
Integration with out owncloud install.
Ease of integration with our existing workflows (as above with integration into owncloud)
Inconvénients
The lack of a detailed change/version log for each document edited and to restore from those previous versions (see google docs)

User friendly, easily loads, I definitely like that I can drop files to my cloud storage Google Drive, DropBox, OneDrive or any other right from my portal.
Avantages
The functionality of using it anywhere especially from my portable electronics and having immediate access at work.

Great functions but not so easy to understand and oporate
I can use all programs for all work needs and I have access to them from all my devices.

Having an online spreadsheet & document tool is so great. I use it to keep track of my life!

The fact that it's in the cloud is great. I can have my files wherever I go and not feel like I have to have a thumb drive with me.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I struggle with doing the same thing on the spreadsheets as on Excel. Highlighting is not the same.. not everything is the same.

Great for quick editing and reviewing. Great to use for presentations.

I like how the interface is easy to learn and use.

I disliked how the design of the applications did not seem original. I think that the interface could take on a more original design that reflects "ONLYOFFICE" and not Microsoft Word.

To compare to the Microsoft Office 365 ONLYOFFICE has..
I am still trying to figure out the features and how to get exactly what I need to create a masterpiece. The pricing should not be the only feature I find compelling and perhaps when or if I can get ONLYOFFICE to do what I want like Microsoft Office then I can start saving money.

Pricing and choice are the dominating attributes.
Inconvénients
The software has much less formatting capabilities than Microsoft Office software. The writer has little control in ONLYOFFICE.

Did not keep edited changes, had to start project over again
Wasted my time. Would not recommend.

It properly displayed docs, but thats about all you can use this software for. It doesn't seem to save changes I make.
Inconvénients
It did not save any of the changes I made on a document I was working on with Google Drive despite saying "Changes Saved". Wasted hours on a project that it didnt save the changes to.
