We use Mergado for couple of years and we feel like there is not better solution for feed-connection than Mergado. It is simple to use and also they offer great support and webinars.

There is no problem we ever had with Mergado.

The complexity. I always got the required results on output. I also appreciate very helpful support.

Sometimes I find it too complicated, I miss an educational materials, tutorials or livechat support.

Mergado is very easy to use. I really like editing the feed for each ad system without having to contact it specialists. The cost of using it is commensurate with the benefits this app brings.

Sometimes there is a longer support response time, but this is by no means essential.

I do not need more features or something else. I would like to have an option to postpone eshop for a while. I can either delete it or pay for it. There is no postpone function.

Integration into our business process was quite simple and fast. We love Mergado because offers powerful tools for the customization of product feeds. To submit products to Google Ads, Meta Facebook, or other Marketplaces, with Mergado that's no problem.

We have multiple rules, so applying them to all products takes a quite long time.

Some bugs, for example I could not delete some "Rules" and mergado didn't tell me why. Mergado said "This rule cannot be deleted". So I had to figure it how to delete it by myself.

How easy it is to create new catalogs without the need of clients developers.

That each domain is charged separately even though you use relatively small catalogs - we would prefer charging based on the number of items instead of on the number of domains.

It's a really powerful and inexpensive tool to manage your multi-channel e-commerce business. You can customize and even fix your source feed for many big platforms.

It might be a bit hard to use for a beginner with no experience particularly if you don't have a Mergado specialist on your team.

As i am working with the tool about 2 years, I can only recommande it for any marketer who is working with product feeds for GMC, Facebook and other channels.

I know from experience that to manage ad campaigns for various products on different search engines can be a tedious task. With Mergado’s many app "assistants" I now manage my ad campaigns effortlessly.

Url Checker, for example, checks URL addresses of all of my products for functionality, such as redirects or 404s. As you know broken URL links negatively affects your SERP and Google analystics. What I like is that URL Checker runs an audit every 24 hours and detects when a page did not load within a certain time limit, and sends notification of the error. It really saves me lots of time from having to manually find and correct broken URL

Another fantastic app is Bidding Fox, an automatic bidding machine for advertising management. This app works 24 hours a day, manages advertising, monitors competition, helps increase sales, and reduce costs. It is an independent tool used by agencies and e-shops.

Inconvénients

Mergado can certainly increase the library of apps. Some useful apps need to be added such as PPC management, url shortner, and utm link.
The list of supported channels and number of countries supported can be extended. This will make Mergado a really superior platform.

It is very easy to use and in case you need an assistance, their support reponds usually the same day. I like its market with add-ons. I personally use Feed Image Editor which is great for PPC advertising. It allows you to edit product images in bulk. I also appreciate their constant work on adding new features and organizing free workshops to learn to use it efficiently.

Inconvénients

I would appreciate more add-ons useful for PPC advertising, right now they are mostly oriented for price comparison shopping, but if I think about it, I can't think of any PPC features missing in Mergado.

It is really easy to use it and to learn work with new features. Amazing is also support - every employee is very nice and I always get answer to the question. Pricing is very friendly and almost everyone can afford it.

There is nothing what bothers me. There were few thinks in past, but Mergado team works really hard and they add new features and improvements very often.

It takes you some time to understand functions and workflow of Mergado app but then it's very powerful tool for editing XML feeds for many services and platforms. It costs literally few bucks and helps you solve many problems with data feeds. You don't need to call (and pay) developers and you can change data by yourself. Very fast, very easily. It offers also many premium apps for automatic bidding, data import and some analytic tools and it is all fully integrated into Mergado. We recommend this tool to many customers.

It's not easy to understand this software from the beginning so it takes you some time to study. But it depends, if you are experienced user of this kind of apps, it's not so complicated.

I love that Mergado offers many features for setting up both routine advertising jobs and advanced operations. I can't imagine to do my job without it anymore. Lo mejor de Mergado es lo sencillo que es trabajar con su editor. Cuando gestionas campañas para clientes en webs de comparación de precios tienes que estar continuamente gestionando con sus desarrolladores los cambios en el feed, lo que al final se hace muy tedioso para las dos partes cada mínimo cambio. Además, si you quien está encima de las campañas continuamente, con lo que si hay cualquier problema puedo hacer los cambios que necesite para optimizar o corregir mis campañas en un minuto.

Y luego, su compatibilidad con los diferentes comparadores. A veces es una pesadilla conocer las especificaciones de cada uno y con Mergado todo va rodado.

Realmente no le veo nada que no me guste, hace muy bien lo que promete el servicio.
