What I like most about Optisigns is first the price. $10 a screen is very fare considering that most features are unlocked at that price. The features are another reason I like Optisigns. From Scheduling to video playback, it does everything I need.

Inconvénients

It looks out dated. The interface seems like it's something out of the 2010's. For me, that's not an issue because I was working with computers back then but for some it may be a turn off. Stick with it though, the basic layout is actually appreciated considering that other companies have way to much crap in your way.

Avantages

It catches everyone's attention. So many people look at the screen while waiting in line. It's fantastic to show promotional/seasonal items. It is easy to use and make adjustments quickly.

So far, we are very happy with everything!

Avantages

I liked the price and the minimal equipment required. It was appropriately priced and I didn't have to buy multiple pieces of equipment. It was straightforward to set up internally. I also really like how easy it was to set up and how easy the website is to create your digital signage.

Inconvénients

I don't have any cons. It was hard to work through all the different options for digital signage but that is no fault to OptiSigns.

Avantages

The full lineup of features, but mainly the ability to manage content from anywhere. The AppleTV app is fantastic because it allows us to connect to our TVs easily. The user interface is very easy to use.

Inconvénients

I have no complaints about using OptiSigns. There is nothing that I need it to do that it doesn't already do.

Avantages

There was genuinely no difficulty in getting Optisigns set up and deployed at our locations. The interface is easy to understand, easy to use and easy to get going. It can do everything I want it to do and more.

Inconvénients

I'm sure that there will be some issues and frustrations that arise, but at this moment I have genuinely no qualms. I wanted a digital signage solution and Optisigns delivered.

We love the easy of use in making changes on the go since we use this on a Mobile beverage truck.

Honestly the only complaint is that on rare occasions the sections get out of sync but I can re-sync quickly and move on without having to fight issues or reach out to support.

The admin portal is very intuitive and easy to navigate and provides a good deal of flexibility for achieving varied signage options in multiple locations.

Occasionally we have issues with certain news feed add ins not updating.

Ease of signup, ease of use, many templates available for building and displaying our menus.

The additional cost of around $150 purchasing Amazon Fire Sticks for the best, most crisp displays available but once in place we have had little to no issues with any of them. We turn them on and they work.

Avantages

I am on the middle plan which is $12.50 for each screen per month. I like that I can customize my menus and make changes which I can load immediately, or wait until I am ready to upload the new menu. I was able to import Open Dyslexic font so my menu is more accessible. I was also able to customize the size and layout using the placement settings I could ensure that each text box was the same height. I highly recommend this product and I am glad we started using it.

Inconvénients

I made changes to a template and then selected to force my preferred font and colors. It would not allow me to do so because the template fonts and colors were still there. I just created another blank asset and then copied all of the information over. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time or have an set way to fix it.

Inconvénients

Very little direction for the digital signage designer to go from. Particularly if you are creating your own advertisements for display on their platform. This would include basic specs needed to do so.

The ease of use makes this product the best. Ability to make changes on the fly from wherever I am located. I can even us my phone if needed.

I dont have to upload my assets to a storage before use. The flexibility of being able to include multiple playlist zones with my custom sizing and positioning. Love the choices of stock templates GIFs and other images.

The design UI feels a bit "all over the place" The left side bar menu is unnecessary as it could have been easily designed as a dropdown menu that doesnt shift the screen around or remain open by default. Top bar menu options change the top bar to new selections, its a bit disorienting to find your way back to the main selections by 'x' out of the choices. Having the top bar choices remain static could speed up build work. There is plenty of room on the right of the top menu bar to have the sub menus open without navigating away from the main.

Ease of use. I change several screens weekly and it’s simple as can be. I had a few issues when I first set it up - but customer service was fantastic. Quick response as well as a follow up. Very unique in my experience.

Only thing I can think of is easier use on my phone — but have not followed up with them to see if I am missing something.

It doesn't come without it's glitches. Canva is an App I use most for playlist content and it's frustrating that it doesn't work better- no moving graphics, can't actually login and it pull from your playlist library, etc. Google reviews are also something we wish we could use but they don't play the content you want them to. The weather app and Instagram will often cause glitches on the playlist unless you update them regularly.

Avantages

We use this product to communicate to our employees without cluttering the employee room walls. The remote access feature is amazing as we have 7 geographically disperse locations. The scheduling function is also amazing as it gives us more freedom with making documents live/removing them from the presentations.

Inconvénients

When the playlists are trying to "save", you cannot move anything around the playlist or add any new slides. And they save automatically around every 15 seconds. It can add time unnecessarily to our task. Having it save at the end (if we leave the page prompting us to save) or allowing us to move things while it saves would be nice. Also a different layout to the playlists would be nice (set up more like the files but with the ability to move the slides around).

Avantages

Gives us remote management across our multiple menus and signs in our stores, creating a foundation for our franchiseable plans for the future. Allowing Marketing to create specials, offers and new solutions for customers across our stores.
