Synthesia is a great AI video creation tool, with a plethora of options and avatars available. As time goes on, these are added to, and with it new features. My experience at creating Synthesia videos has sharpened my grammar skills, because I have realised that after the AI has analysed my script, the avatars speak more naturally and realistically if my script is written properly.
Avantages
Timely use of animations can make Synthesia videos shine. The variety of animations available is pleasing. I also love that stock footage is available to use (videos/still images). Some of the avatars move so naturally (to the AI interpreted hand written script) that i find it hard to remember that they are AI generated.
Inconvénients
Synthesia frequently release new content and updates, which is great. The trouble is, sometimes it causes my home made uploaded images to be disconnected from video templates that I have placed them in previously.

it was really good! I wish we could do more animation, and cartoon options as well. or at least to be able to change from human avatars to different styles.

That is easy to edit and friendly to people who aren't too familiar with the website.
Inconvénients
I recommend creating a specific window for editing the videos, like a studio tab or page specific for editing videos.
I also recommend that it is a good idea to make sure the words the IA avatar speaks are less robotic. Sometimes, it is.

This is great and easy to use. I got the free account and experimented with how to create a video, change avatars, voice options, etc. I made a video and downloaded it with ease. I saw how easy it was and I knew I needed this. We then upgraded so that I could take advantage of the premium features. My videos are wonderful. Thanks to Synthesia!

I can make and edit my own videos! In the past it was a struggle to make a video for homebuyer programs. You have someone that does not understand the program create content to explain the program!! Now I can control the product. And use Synthesia features to accent my message - my way. And when we make changes, I don't have to ask someone to help me on their schedule! I edit when I need it.
Inconvénients
I am looking forward to more available avatars and better abilities for dictation. Our business works with many real estate and mortgage terms which have awkward pronunciations.

We’re an EdTech company that focuses on providing high school students with great content that is easy to understand while also follows national curriculum. With a lot of content needed to be produced, we were having problems getting good content to our users fast. Synthesia’s software helped us scale content production, by cutting our time and finances threefold. With our own avatars we can keep the personal touch with our students while not compromising on the quality. All that while also producing content much faster.
Inconvénients
There are still ways to improve avatar's speech and movements to feel more natural, but at the same time Synthesia is by far the best tool out there.

The best AI Video generator we've tried so far!
We've been using it for over a quarter now and the experience has been great. The tool is fairly simple and ease to use, not much of a learning curve needed. Our video turn around times from script to final output has drastically increased after we've starting using synthesia and our dependency on product folks for creating technical videos and demos also has greatly reduced.

Simple and easy to understand user interface. Creating videos is fairly simple and you don't need any prior experience with video softwares. The range of voices and AI avatars available in impressive.
Inconvénients
Indian faces and voices are fewer when compared to others but this is not a deal breaker.

The app is very good, I have no problem with it, what I really find weird is that I can not make a video with a bible verse in it. They say that I violated their guidelines. They are violating the right of freedom of religion.

A Powerful AI Video Creation Tool

The thing I liked most about Synthesia is how quickly and easily it can create high-quality AI-generated videos from just text. Simply type in a script, choose a voice model, and Synthesia handles the rest - lip sync, gestures, facial expressions, everything. The end result looks very natural and human-like. This makes it super simple for anyone to generate professional video content.
Inconvénients
The main downside is that Synthesia is still a relatively new product and has a few limitations. For example, there are limited options for syncing an avatar with your own (uploaded) voice. There are also limited options for customizing the virtual humans. So while it's fantastic for basic videos, Synthesia may not be robust enough for more complex, highly-produced video projects. But I'm sure it will continue improving over time.

It allows me to have my ideas put into a picture, and with the ample avatars and voices, I can create lessons with "different" teachers. It is easy to use and has a lot of good features to create lesson that are fun, and easy to understand.

What I miss, is the possibility to have two different voice in one scene, to create a dialogue. Would make the tool even better.

Saves time & money
Saving time and money creating professional training materials.
Avantages
This tool is easy to use and allows the user to create professional productions cheaply and quickly. It integrates well with other tools, and I am able to pull in elements from other AI and creative tools. I am also able to use materials produced on Synthesia as components of productions created using other tools and platforms. For me, they most attractive feature is how it speeds up production time and lowers production costs. Need an edit? No problem. The whole process is smooth and quick. The AI narration voices include some very natural sounding voice options. The AI scriptwriting tool is great. It allows me to move outside of my normal "voice" as it comes up with creative ways to phrase ideas. I am a big fan of Synthesia!
Inconvénients
The music options still need a bit of refining. I would like to be able to search by mood, tempo, or genre. I would also like the option to fade the music by a certain percentage at specific places in the scenes. I would like to be able to have the music automatically adjust around the speech, with a continuous track for the whole presentation. At the moment, I add music to the final production in using video editing software. Some of the AI avatars are a bit twitchy when you have a pause in the narration.

Generally very good, for simple videos easy to use.
Avantages
Ease of use, intuitive for the most part.

Lack of help desk or any method of finding something out that is not on their training vids.

I signed up for a free trial and I had a LOT of difficulties figuring our how to use the system. I was unable to get a hold of a representative for several weeks and I decided to look elsewhere.
Avantages
In all honesty there nothing I can think of.
Inconvénients
The system is EXTREMELY difficult to use and figure out. Getting a hold of someone who could help me was impossible.
