One awesome tool for running my company from end-to-end!
I was able to get all of my depts and clients loaded fairly quickly. Reporting from front to back was easy to set up and the I was able to get the right reports when needed to show the "health" of my business
Avantages
Set-up was a breeze! It came with many pre-configured business processes that once I got used to the navigation, I was able to set-up all of my depts. in under 3 hours.
Inconvénients
I already had a server in place for my 7 person equipment company. However if you don't have a server, you'r queries and objects will be SLOWWWW. ANd not so much a "con" but their customer support....well I'll leave it at that.

Yes, as per our requirements, there should be some transaction code for viewing stock of material for different make.
Avantages
The SAP is the best platform for medium or high scale industry for specific data separation and evaluation.
we can manage the data entry from one to another place and also take advantage of it.
Due to different authorization, we can manage the authority of any ID as we want to allow.
There is different code like one only for verify, second for edit and third for create.
we can keep 'n' number of data in SAP and it will help to track history.
Inconvénients
The person should have basic knowledge of computer.
the person should keep remembering some code for the transaction.
Due to the higher load, Some time SAP works with very slow speed and it takes more time to show results.
If any person starts heavy work on SAP like export to spreadsheet or compilation, it may occur to server down problem and need to restart server that can cut the current running session of all users without saving their data.

SAP HANA has the ability to generate real time reports. This has enabled leader to make smart decisions based on the analysis of these reports.
Inconvénients
Implementing HANA on the existing ERP is time consuming and it requires changes across other modules of the system.
Also, this is a complex system and an end user takes time to understand.

First time using ASAP and the interface is really friendly and highly functional
We have only been using it for six months but we can already see that a structured approach tThat ASAP brings hopes to standardise things in the organisation and ensure that procedure is followed every time
Avantages
Intuitive tiles, fantastic search functions for tiles and data, client performs very quickly, brings ASAP interfaces up to the latest trends
Inconvénients
Some of the error messages on the client is not at all helpful , Requires SAP support to diagnose. Some of the forms have a large number of fields which require significant training to understand.

Hands Down Amazing
Avantages
What I liked most about SAP Manufacturing was how incredibly easy it was for my company and employees to adapt to this software.. it really has made significant changes in our efficiency over all.

I do not have anything that I disliked about this software, it was everything that it promised and more.

It was very helpful for financial and account related transactions. Very easy to track purchase order and purchases

It's not very user-friendly, only an experienced person can fix the errors. you have to open seperate window to do multiple tasks

Improved data labeling clarity and integration between SAP modules

Have gained access to more organic SAP master data fields with Hana, and data labeling seems to be optimized with added clarity
Inconvénients
While not an issue now, the data labeling issues needs to be monitored so there is not mismatch between organic fields in SAP with other bolt on systems

Great platform to manage event tickets!
Avantages
We use SAP Event Ticketing to manage issued tickets to our employees and clients during our marketing events. Attendees are able to rsvp and confirm their extra guests, which assists us to estimate and budget for the number of people to expect
Inconvénients
SAP Event Ticketing has been an effective in helping us manage our events. The costs can however be prohibitive for a small organization

More standard reports and features than you'll ever need. Drill down functions and shortcut keys also make navigating very time efficient.
Inconvénients
Very difficult to use at first with shortcut keys. Not easily modified and custom reports require a programmer to create.

They have all the functions we need, and flexible to customize based on our demand. Their consulting team is professional. The training classes are very helpful to users.
Inconvénients
The consulting service is very pricey. They charge users every year. I hope they can offer discounts for loyal customers.
