What I like most about the SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how easy it is to learn and use. Uploading my monthly files into SAP is most definitely my easiest task in Finance requirements.

What do I like the least is the ability to see where your errors are quickly. Toggling from page to page is a little tedious.

The implementation of SAP requires that the company meets certain standards, causing implementation times to increase. In several of the flows, the company has to adapt to the software and not the company to the software.

I have been working with SAP hana for about 6 months, I have tried and used the tool and it seems to me that it is an extremely complex and complete tool. The trasactions of hundreds and even thousands of concurrent users and the speed and versatility with which HANA develops seems to me amazing.

Although not being open source, its variety of customization in terms of interface and modules to be implemented is very good.

The Cloud is the future of storage and databases without doubts and Hana provides an excellent service with local storage provides a greater sense of security of our data.

Inconvénients

Despite the tools and software that SAP provides for the migration of other environments to HANA, I had some problems presented at the time of migration of my platform. Once this has been solved, everything went perfectly.

As the system is very complex, companies without certified personnel specifically in HANA can take years to use the software to the maximum due to the learning curve

SAP has traditionally been very good with its Enterprise Resource Planning software. With the advent of S/4 HANA cloud, it has taken it a notch higher. With HANA as a in memory database beneath the application layer, it is extremely fast; and with S/4 with all its innovations in simplifying and integrating various business processes seamlessly, SAP S/4HANA Cloud becomes the best ERP software on cloud for any enterprise small or big!

People may find it expensive but now with latest billing models that SAP offers, people still can get the best value of out of their investment on SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Avantages

My organization recently migrated to this platform for managing big data including supplier orders and all the associated information. Its an excellent tool for running all sorts of reports to get the quality information you need.

Inconvénients

Its not very easy to get trained on this and has too many tabs and sometimes thus you can get lost. It probably requires more in depth training than what i have.

Functional tool for the organization of work orders, industrial logistics, its different interdisciplinary modules make it a highly requested tool

the tool does not have free information for its learning, it is linked to second persons for its learning and its high cost makes it a difficult tool to reach for small and medium enterprises

I think that extracting reports with S4/HANA might be a little bit complicated at the beginning, as it's quite different compared to what I and other SAP users were used to operating.

This software was an upgrade to our regular SAP and it's been nothing but a nightmare for each and every department. Nothing works as it should. We are all crying including our customers. Its been very bad for business so far.

SAP has loads of features and resources that can help a large business. There are so many resources and tutorials that can also help to make the integration more seamless. It is a user-friendly software.

I think that its interface is very clunky. It took me quite a while to figure things out and get things right with SAP.

The software seemed to more or less work - however, it's user interface is dated, sluggish, and prone to crashes.

The UI feels like it's straight out of 1995. The software also had a very steep learning curve compared to other ERP softwares I have used.

I spent an entire semester and took a class dedicated to this program. To be honest, the software is not easy to use and is very unforgiving when mistakes are inputted.
