SAP Concur
Avantages
La fonctionnalité la plus appréciable reste l’utilisation par téléphone, pour éviter de garder les tickets de caisses. Nous pouvons directement prendre en photo le justificatif. Application très intuitive et facile d’utilisation.
Inconvénients
La gestion des ventilations notamment pour les hôtels restent un peu difficile à saisir lorsque nous sommes seuls la première fois face à cette situation.

Concur is the ultimate Travel Tool with Expense
I would certainly recommend to any company. Regardless if they use expense, the travel tool is very helpful to help save on travel expense. From air to hotels and car rentals in between.
Avantages
Makes travelers abode buy rules. If a traveler is out of policy they need to have reason. Depending on companies rules travel will be approved on not. It really depends on what companies wants to enforce.
Inconvénients
From years of using, like anything, a traveler can manipulate it. If they lower the window of hours it will make they within policy, even though they aren’t.

SAP Concur is used in few selected departments in my organization, my business unit being the main. I like that it offers iOS and Android mobile apps which makes it easy to carry out accounting tasks on the go.
Inconvénients
However, the mobile app has limited features compared to cloud-based.

Love Concur as an End User
I think concur does a very good job for our organization! There are a few minor headaches with the software, but all in all, it has been a great product to manage our company cards and provide the proper checks and balances needed in our organization!
Avantages
Concur makes it very simple to fill out expense reports, upload receipts even by sending them straight to an integrated email. I love the simplicity of filling out reports as a user!
Inconvénients
Concur was slightly difficult to map at the account level within our ERP. It took a lot of manual work to get implemented and accurate. Post implementation, everything has been smooth, but was a slight headache when implementing it!

Avantages

SAP Concur takes the chore out of tracking expenses
Overall I have had a great experience with SAP Concur, and would recommend it to anyone looking for an expense tracking system.
Avantages
I like how easy SAP Concur integrates into my everyday life. I do not have to think about it for expenses. Take a picture of the receipt, create the expense and submit at the end of the month. No more piles of receipts.
Inconvénients
Since I work primarily from my mobile devise some of the little thumb nails of the receipt images are a bit small and can be hard to see.

Easy to use!
My company (myself included) uses Concur regularly to track business expenses. The interface is simple for end users and it is convenient to route approvals for expenses directly where they need to go.
Avantages
SAP Concur is easy to use for end users. The expense reimbursement process is simple and straightforward, directly sending the reports to managers/accounting to approve. In addition, the availability of two-factor authentication keeps our users' financial reports secure.
Inconvénients
I have nothing negative to report on regarding this application. Setup was simple and it is easy to use.

It is a fairly simple application to use, it is not complicated and it does not have many options so it does not take you much time to make an expense.
Avantages
When you travel it is super easy to lose bills or track your mileage, the mobile application makes it easy to perform these tasks.
Inconvénients
As for the mileage, for some reason, when you drive for many hours, you lose mobility or do not identify the starting point well.

I love Concur
Excellent. In the past, when I transferred to a different company, I was always happy when I found out they were using Concur!
Avantages
I think Concur has really evolved over the years. I have used it at four different companies as early as 2011 and I love how it has become more intuitive. It also integrates with other services well, which shortens the time to get an expense report done significantly. I cannot imagine having to use another app for expenses.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I get confused how to use a rarely used function, such as itemization. I think there could be better training for users, either by bite sized videos or in app pop-up training windows maybe..

Efficient app
This app is convenient because it has specific prompts to help you find what you are looking to submit right from your phone on the go.
Avantages
I like the efficient response and timely turn around when submitting receipts. The updates are easy to follow.
Inconvénients
Initial set up was time consuming. Once the app was set up then everything went very smooth.

Das System ist recht intuitiv die Belege können wunderbar eingescannt und hochgeladen werden. Damit hat man jederzeit eine Übersicht über den Stand der Auszahlung und es wird auch gleich angezeigt falls noch etwas fehlen sollte.
Inconvénients
Leider ist das System bei uns nicht in die Entgeltabrechnung integriert. Die Zahlungen laufen daher separat über die Buchhaltung. Eine Integration wäre ja sicherlich möglich aber wird bei uns nicht gewünscht.

Counterintuitive and hard to use.
Very very poor. A huge waste of time each time I have to use it.

Nothing. This product is counterintuitive, poorly designed and so very difficult to use, and refuses to allow corrections to entered data.
Inconvénients
This is extremely counterintuitive to use. It is not at all clear how to enter data.

ZAP Concur is one of the best expense management software and it integrates well with other related software.
Avantages
The software came in hand as it has helped us to have efficient invoicing, expense reporting and also better travel management.

The customer service response is a bit slow especially when you want urgent response.

Doing expenses can be easy - just takes a bit of a learning curve
All in all, Concur does what it is supposed to do. There are a few things you learn over time that make things easier or help you along the way. It's not the most intuitive UI, but I see SAP's progress. So, I'm hopeful this will continue to improve. I've been using that tool now for many years (with 1-4 reports per month - creating and approving), and I have a pretty good system to do the expenses properly and efficiently. There are also more possibilities to help me do my reports. E.g., I would love to have templates for regular expenses. Let's say I expensed a particular bill every month - it would be great if I could mark that as a template and copy a version of that into my following reports - adjusting only the things that changed (e.g., the receipt image or the entry date. That would certainly save me time.
Avantages
SAP Concur is pretty standard in the industry for that purpose. It has a few features and functions that can justify that market share. I enjoy the widespread connections between apps I regularly use for business travel (e.g., Lyft, Uber, our travel agency app) and Concur. As soon as my ride is done, there is a new expense available that I can add to my report. Most fields for each item are filled out correctly, so I only need to add the missing items. I also don't need to scan the receipt or attach it somehow. Speaking of connecting - that's the second significant advantage. While doing my expense reports on my desktop computer, I can quickly log onto my mobile app and take a picture of a receipt I don't have digitally - e.g., the bill from my restaurant visit. Both work simultaneously - so I don't get logged out if I use the other channel.
Inconvénients
SAP Concur has improved its UI over the last few years, and it looks a lot more modern than it was before. Still, a few things are a bit old-school—for example, the view of an expense. I also approve reports for my team members, so I must open each expense and check the fields. At this point, this is still the old grayish windows-95-style form with the chained properties. What's possible can be seen when you enter an expense. Here, you see the properties in a somewhat modern design.

It's a great tool. Excellent to use in a financial company that changes often and acquire new business.
Avantages
The way it organize all data and information of a department /company. The way it's clear for each one of us depending on our duties.
Inconvénients
To navigate in the system for some of my colleagues can be stressful since not everyone is computer savvy, there is a lot of information that can be more minimized depending on each one of our duties since not everyone does the same thing.

Very easy tool to use that saves me time. Allows me to catch GL coding errors from my users within seconds and with ease modify and correct

I like that the app is really easy to use. I can take pictures of the receipt and attach right from my phone's camera roll.
Inconvénients
The authentication feature is obviously really important for security and safety, but it can be a bit confusing for our less tech-savvy employees.
