Great usability for marketing agencies
Avantages
Has a lot of customization options for signing, delivery and reminders. Also looking forward to develop more the templates area.
Inconvénients
New draw type signatures to ad by using the smartphones's screen.

Xodo Sign document
Avantages
Easy to use and intuitive. Was able to dive right in and start creating documents without having to review instructions.
Inconvénients
Didn't have any issues with the platform or creating documents.

Brilliant Software For Our Startup
We have had a really positive experience with Eversign. It has really helped with our sales process and client onboarding times due to the ease of having our documents signed by the client.
Avantages
We started on the free service when we first started out. This was brilliant as we were able to send out agreements to clients quickly and easily. We knew when they had looked at the agreement and when they had signed it to issue an invoice. This has been critical to gaining new clients quickly.
Inconvénients
Since the beginning, we have had no issues with the software. It has performed very well for us.

Best Useful New Technology
I literally am able to get things done more quickly and professionally using eversign and the cost is the best on the market.
Avantages
Kudos to the design team of Eversign for making the platform robust and easy to use. It's rare to use a new platform and navigate without watching a series of video and that was not the case with eversign. Excellent features with a streamline workflow.
Inconvénients
No cons at the moment. I also do not have an alternative software that I would consider for similar product features.

Eversign---A Great Alternative to Docusign
Avantages
Eversign is very easy to use and very intuitive.
There are great instructions as to how to set it up but most people will not need them because it works like you think it will so it can be setup very quickly.
Another BIG pro is price. Eversign does all the things Docusign does but at a much netter price.
Inconvénients
Really, there are no cons. My only con is that on the free version you can NOT save templates.
This really is NOT a con because for the low monthly price if you upgrade you can save templates which makes an easy to use product even easier and quicker to implement with your clients.

Avantages
I use Eversign for my business and my personal needs. Documents are easy to set up, change, start and finish later, send and track.
Inconvénients
Eversign has worked for all my needs to date.

Use it to get contracts signed for clients working out of state
I can have people sign contracts from anywhere in the world. It keeps things organized as well.
Avantages
This software is pretty easy to use, I can upload the document and send it to my clients and remind them to sign it. It will also send them a reminder e-mail if they haven't signed it. The program has a lot of features, most are pretty easy to use.
Inconvénients
I wish they had in person signing on the basic package. Also, if you are on a slower connection it does take a while to load open a page.

There is not an offline-line editor available to use while traveling
A mobile App to push out documents in a fly would make a difference between closing today and, maybe, closing tomorrow

Makes Getting Signatures Simple ... If You Can Get Signed Up
Avantages
Eversign provides the ability for clients to sign your documents online. You can upload your documents into the software. So, your company branding will be front and center. Eversign gives you the ability to specify which person is supposed to sign each form field which reduces the chance of signer mistakes. One of my favorite features is the option to be notified when clients have accessed a document.
Inconvénients
The only negative experience I have had with Eversign was at the beginning. The setup process was very clunky. It took me several frustrating attempts before my business was successfully connected to the software.
