Avantages
La solución Revit me permite dibujar desde otro punto de vista, no solo líneas si no ya con los solidos definidos, puedo ver inmediatamente los desarrollos que estoy montando, importar , exportar para mas detalle con autocad se puede.
Inconvénients
no es una versión mejorada de AutoCAD porque lo que busco en la solución los típicos comportamiento de AutoCAD,,, tal vez es un error considerar que es una evolución de AutoCAD.

Software for perfect work and documentation.
It makes the work go faster and that’s the most asdmirable thing in my experience.
Avantages
The best part about this software is its wholesomeness in a single project file for a specific project.
We do not need to create another project file for one project.
Inconvénients
Dimensions given from the link files gets deleted if the reference link is edited or reloaded.

Revit in BIM organization
I have 4 year experience on Revit. Overall experience is good. 3D model and 2D drawing creation easy in Revit.
Avantages
Revit is using to create the 3D models of Architecture, Structure and MEP service. We can validate the design documents and model in Revit before the construction start.
Inconvénients
Clash detection in Revit is hard. We require other software for clash coordination of 3D models.

Best and easy way to make a BIM model.
Through revit the modeling of different trades is very easy and fast. So at the time of submission which comes at any time from client, Revit is so much useful software for modeling and export in other file formats.
Avantages
The tools used in the interface of Revit is very user friendly for BIM users. Like Modeling of Hvac, Plumbing, electrical and making of their families is very easy in this software. For the new users in BIM Industry one should start with revit software.
Inconvénients
There are not very much problems in Revit software but through use of this software complete precise modeling is not make like the slope of Gravity pipes is not maintained accurately that you want or asper client specifications.
