Super Easy MFA on Your App
Absolutely excellent because it does what it's supposed to do without issue.
Avantages
The thing I like the most about Duo Security is the ease of use. You simply download and utilize the app on your phone.
Inconvénients
This is simply another MFA application. It seems that different vendors have different preferences when it comes to MFA. I wish this was more consistent.

Best Two Factor Identification App
Avantages
I have used Duo for Two Factor Identification Security at two different employers so far in my career. It is such an easy to use, efficient and effective application. It eliminates the need to keep track of external network keys, passwords, and other redundant programs. I feel safe and secure with Duo Two Factor Identification because it requires both my phone and fingerprint in order to gain access to protected software.
Inconvénients
Earlier this year I had to replace my iPhone and after I restored my new device from backup my Duo Two Vactor Identification was no longer linked. To my surprise, It took several hours to restore and reset my security settings at work the next morning. Although the Duo reset was quite inconvenient for me that day, restoring software is both an infrequent and uncommon occurrence for me.

One of the most amazing Security tools in the market
Avantages
Easy to use. Allows smooth and detailed authentication of unknown users which protect the company from cyber frauds. Very secured tool by cisco and widely deployed in many organisations. Their application on mobile is also smooth and great. It protects user's data in the safest way
Inconvénients
Third party integrations with tools and software in which we want to add MFA or authentication can be hard sometimes due to compatibility issues with this tool. Secondly, there are lots of tools in market which provide similar features and IT security protection in cheaper prices.

Safe Product
Avantages
I liked the safety aspect of it the most. Duo security makes sure that no random device can get into your account, by making sure you approve on your phone.
Inconvénients
The only thing I did not like is sometimes it would lag.

Use it daily at work to ca access to confidential documents.

There was nothing I liked lease I was interested in all of it.

Does the MFA job just fine. Easy to work with, easy to use.
It has been a very good experience. User adoption was good. Nobody complains about it.

Once implemented it is super easy for employees to use

We wanted more flexibility in selection of MFA method for a few employees.

Works Well
Duo security works perfectly to add additional security to our login process.
Avantages
I like the simplicity of the multifactor authentication process. It was easy to deploy on our phones and works perfectly each day.
Inconvénients
I do not have any cons to list. This product functions as it should and does the job. Compared to the product that we switched from though, I do feel that DUO provides less security.

Avantages
It's easy and has always been very quick to authenticate a sign on. Never have heard of an issue arising in the software.
Inconvénients
The only thing that I've found that is glitchy is when the phone is on the lock screen when I'm prompted to accept a login that was mine I've clicked on the allow button but it still takes me to the app to authenticate the login.

Easy Tool
I love that this easy to use software adds an extra layer of security to our programs.
Avantages
The app is very easy to use and allows you different options on how you would like to dual authenticate your login. The speed and reliability of this app are great as well.
Inconvénients
I don't love that my phone is the only way to access duo. This can be an issue if it's lost or not close by.

Great Way to Secure Firm Data
Avantages
I love how you are alerted whenever there is a sign in on multiple devices and can approve or deny.
Inconvénients
I have no negative feedback for this software. It definitely keeps our data safe.

So far, it been a great one.
Avantages
The sign in approval to log into devices as a security check is an excellent way to protect oneself from people with malice.
Inconvénients
Can be challenfing if your phone used as a security back up get stolen too.

Authentication for School
Avantages
My college utilizes Duo Security as an additional security measure when logging into our student portal. This brings a lot of peace of mind since personal information including Social Securities, financial information, tax information, etc, is all on my student log-in.
Inconvénients
It is difficult when you do not have your phone on you to be able to authenticate that it is you with the sign-in. Sometimes it feels like the authenticator does a good job of keeping me out...

Necessary for platform access
Installation and use is great. There are a few other access apps out there and I found Duo to be the easier of them to use.
Avantages
Once the app is installed on my phone, the access to the pass code is quick and easy to obtain. I liked that I could refresh right on the same page to obtain another passcode.
Inconvénients
If there is a process to be able to access from a pop up on the phone, that would be great! The ease of use would be improved if we could approve on the home screen.

Great tool!
Overall, it is a great tool that is super easy to use.
Avantages
I use this to log-in to my school accounts. I love the protection this adds to my personal data and how easy it is to activate a log-in.
Inconvénients
My least favorite thing is that I had to download the app on my phone to use this. I have limited storage and do not like to have extra apps.
