Keep getting suspensed, but customer service is not helpful and

Very annoyed, since I am not doing anything wrong, I have read their terms of agreement, and I am following the rules. I clarified what they thought was wrong accepted my issue and went on to ignore it once again.

Avantages

Found it functional. It’s easy to create logic paths.

Inconvénients

I keep getting suspended for not good reason and customer service has not been helpful. I got suspended so I contacted the support team, I received a message saying that they could see that there was no ill-intend, but remained suspended. I then went on for 2-days trying to fix this, finally got an answer from someone saying it would be unsuspended and I asked what I could do for it to not happened again. I followed her advice to the letter and haven't gone into the account in five days. Today I find that it is suspended again. Not only that, but I can't seem to respond to customer service messages because the only form of communication is through a 'thread' to which they as you to log in. Which I am not allowed since my account is suspended. In the first time I was being able to do this, but not sure what is happening now. Please use another software.

Costly & Tedious

It's very costly for what it does for the small business or individual users who only use it a few times a year, to be completely honest.

Avantages

The organization and professional appearance of applications.

Inconvénients

It's awfully tedious having to click on the application and scroll through their answers, and then having to download attachments via another seperate button. Setting auto responses once someone applies should also be editable in the template rather than having to click elsewhere in a separate part of the application settings. Its too easy yo forget to edit that and leave an old response. Its tedious overall for the high cost.

effective tool - but needs more flexibiliity and features

it serves its purpose but I with it was easier to update and provide and seek information to/from clients.

it does the job but with it had more flexibility

Hopefully to have more hard workers instead of lazy workers

Could’ve been worked at harder but it definitely takes away the stress of taking care of everyone.

Avantages

Work on your own time and flexibility and function.

Inconvénients

People would sign up to work but don’t know when they actually did the work.

It Does What I Need

Overall it does what I want, the ability to use my own PDF and make a form out of it.

Avantages

It has the feature I was looking for! It is one of the only form-maker sites to add the form answers into a custom PDF.

Inconvénients

It's not really easy to set up a form. You have to switch to different locations to edit vs to add questions. And the edit function has a whole other "advanced" window.

Would not recommend to use

Not very good, was unable to accomplish main task of building forms as the UI was slightly complicated due to too many features

Avantages

I liked the fact that Jotform has multiple features and tools as part of one plan

Inconvénients

Very difficult to use interface compared to competitors and decision fatigue with too many features

Jotforms simple easy to use but needs improvements to the plans

Generally good just hit a few bugs sometiens

Avantages

The free usage and fact that support not profit charities unlike some other corporations and the support is very fast generally to come back with explainers and it is easy to use and set up somewhat.

Inconvénients

The charges after hitting the max referrals fee and upload spaces it kind of forces you into a payment plan and not all businesses can afford that so it leaves you having to go elsewhere

Review of Jotform

It is a good service to use, especially for a large organization.

Avantages

Jotform has tons of templates that can get you started with a form. You don't have to create anything from scratch.

Inconvénients

The free service is very limited and the cost per month is not the best.

Jotform is a GREAT platform

I like Jotform for what it can do, as far as capabilities, it does often not function due to syncing issues, which can make things hard as it is part of our onboarding experience.

Avantages

That you can easily create and share documents with co workers

Inconvénients

It continuously has a sync issue with my system and is often out of date making it unusable.

Jotform Review

I used jotform for my referral network to help keep me organized

Avantages

I did not care for JotForm. It was not a very functional software for my real estate business

Inconvénients

It only had one or two features that worked out for me.

Great survey tools with safety

Avantages

The variety of templates and features being available plus the security and anonymity of the user. With only the link, surveys can be done without having to submit any personal information or creating any account.

Inconvénients

It takes a lot of time to find the right template for the right time, but once found, it’s easy.

Jotform - not for me

live chat is just previous issues I needed someone because I was stuck I only had the free account I do not want to upgrade if I can't fix the problem

easy setup added all forms its the payment part that a little tricky for a new user

payment problems couldn't figure out how to submit payments for customers in panic mode no help

Reliable but pricey for what you get

Used Jotform in a professional and personal environment. Both served its purpose and it got the job done.

Avantages

It’s like the notepad version of Microsoft word. A knockoff but helpful for the environment we are in at work

Inconvénients

The cost doesn’t seem to match up to other brands, but it’s passed the basics test.

Lost its way

Pretty poor....seem to have a lot of staff who answer questions, but development seem to have no direction to develop their core product with useful enhancements.

Avantages

Core offering had potential when we started and still better in some ways to competitors.

Inconvénients

They keep developing incompatible products with features users have been wanting in main forms. Those new products are almost useless such as jotform sign.

Average Product

Avantages

Convenience and low cost. Templates are nice too.

Inconvénients

I like to use products that integrate all in one platform. Too many standalone products. I prefer google forms.

Do not recommend hot form

I would say mid-level it was not that good

Cost effective
They offer free version as well

Navigation is not user-friendly
It freezes up and you use lose your information

It's Functional

It was a decent program that worked for simple, uncomplicated jobs.

Avantages

It was very easy to use, and was not super complicated.

Inconvénients

For several things I wanted to do, it was too simple to have enough depth to be beneficial. For legal or in-depth forms, it is not effective.

Lack of features, overpriced, poor customer service

I have used JotForm for 2 years. They have a nice interface which may trick you into purchasing a subscription, but it's overpriced and lacking basic features. For example, I needed to have seperate links for one form, and there is no way! The workaround I used was a pain in the neck. Rather look for alternative with better features and lower pricing, there are a lot out there.Also, they lack proper customer service. Unfortunately my business closed due to unforseen circumstances right after renewing an annual subscription, so I asked for a refund. They refused to do so, because the 30 days have passed and they cannot do it "because it violates their terms and conditions" (in their words). Come on, every normal brain will understand that when closing a business there is a lot going on and canceling a subscription is not the first thing on top of the mind to deal with, but they don't care. "It violates their terms", so they are simply bound and unable to help, really. They act like the big tech company crushing the small person, but they are really the small one and not of much value to the world, and of course not for the prices they ask.

Nice user interface. I can't find any other value in their product

Once set up easy to use

We are still using jot form to capture data easily for our business. We will continue to use it over other products as the interface and email notifications suits our team set up.

Avantages

Great program, with very customisable content allowing multiple purposes. Easy to swap and change the form template and didn’t take long to work out how to edit it without a tutorial.

Inconvénients

Takes time to set up the form or find the closest template, once it is all up and running and glitches fixed it’s great. Can also be a delay with the emails coming through for completed forms we found in the trial stage.

User friendly and easy, however expensive and somewhat limited

It is easy and quick to set up a short form and manage its settings, however for the Free plan alone, its very limiting, especially for my team. The 5-forms limit, the 100MB storage space, monthly views and monthly payment submissions amount is not ideal for larger teams or studios (only ideal for small groups I would say), and to upgrade to get more submissions, etc. is quite pricey, especially the Bronze plan (you're jumping from Free to $34USD a month (or $61 a month for us in New Zealand) which is quite an expensive jump). The premium plans in my opinion should be reworked.Personally, I'm only using Jotform for signable agreements and for invoicing/payment reasons; since my team is recruiting often, Jotform is not suitable for admission/recruitment forms (submissions are received often, so the 100 monthly limit on Free is not ideal).I would only recommend Jotform for small groups if you're sticking with a free plan for a form provider; if money's not a concern for you, then by all means! It's still a good form designer, however make sure you have the cash to upgrade or not too large of a team.

Avantages

> No limit on amount of form fields> Easy to set up and user friendly> Good to use for invoicing or anything else payment related without too much limitation> Looks appealing and not messy> Easy to view submissions> Ability to password/passcode protect the form submissions> Quick and easy to integrate into websites, especially Weebly

Inconvénients

> Expensive - its very expensive to unlock all features of the form provider. Make sure you or your team or group can afford it.> Free plan very limited - the free plan for Jotform is extremely limiting. It's best for groups, not good for teams and studios.

JotForm Support Ignores requests

JotForm keeps innovating, but they will not fix bugs in their products. For this reason, we have far too much invested in JotForm to move elsewhere, but because the support is sooo bad, I am constantly looking and trying to find a justifiable way to accomplish what we need in a different way.

Avantages

Integrations, PDFs, Mailboxes, and centralized forms management is why we need a form service.

Inconvénients

While it once was great years go, now, the support is horrible, the interface is horrible. Attention to detail is sacrificed for innovation. The screen jumps when dragging and dropping things. Requests from support to have these issues addressed have gone ignored for months and months. The CSS editing interface is horrible, the Advanced Form designer corrupts the forms.

Looking for another form provider

It worked great for two or three weeks. Then my website said "form deleted by owner" and my form no longer appeared in jotform.com. I chatted with customer support who said nothing was wrong with my jotform account, and suggested it may be a "backend" issue. I contacted my host, and they ran a site check on jotform.com. The sitecheck (sitecheck.com) showed a medium risk for jotform. Being the first time I tried sitecheck.com, I tried it on my website (low-risk) and a few others. Without saying I was hacked, I'm not going to risk another "form deleted by user."

Avantages

Preset template that could be tweaked. Easy upload.

Inconvénients

Learning curve, couldn't find a searchable index.
