Inconvénients
absence of multiple currencies management (only 1 currency possible) limiting the added value for worldwide usage
complexity of consolidation of projects: graphs & analysis in the dedicated consolidation module are complex to configure, not easily adaptable and limited in terms of diplay (graphs, legends...)
configuration complexity: overall for admins
low condifentiality management: possible but increasing admin workload

Despite the improvements, still mixed experience
Trust not fully restored after many problems
Avantages
All new functionalities we ask to put in place:
- cockpit view
- local P&L
- Portfolio KPIs
Inconvénients
- low support from O2t in case of problems
- ressources management module very difficult to implement
- simple requests always seem very difficult to put in place, no agility & solution-oriented mindset
