Avantages

It's a great tool for process management, as you can customize each stage to certain requirements and allows you to document each step through the whole process. You can also build the processes you need from scratch and have them as you wish. Besides, it's very simple to add new cards and star a new task using an initial form, as you can do it even from a mobile device. It also allows to connect to API tools like Zapier, to connect with other web apps.

Inconvénients

The customization process is a bit long and not so friendly. Although, it gives you many tools, the UX is not very smooth as you need go back and forth to different screens.
Reporting is not simple or as customizable as the design of the boards. It gives a lot of information but its quite hard to compress it into a meaningfull dashboard. We had to combine different apps to create our own dashboard. Also, its mobile app is not as complete as the web app version.

Avantages

Pipefy has helped me to manage and keep track of many projects, especially when there are a lot of requests coming from different sources. I can just share a link to a form and whenever people have a request to me or my team, they fill out the required information and we are able to deliver the project and keep track of all incoming requests.

Inconvénients

Some of the automations are a little bit hard to set up, you can't do it on your own without watching or reading a tutorial

Avantages

I really appreciate all the different workflow templates it provides; they make it simple to organize any kind of project or task list, and they can be easily modified to fit our needs. It also helps us keep track of all project expenses thanks to its accounting features like purchase order management, accounting, and invoicing.

Inconvénients

I think it would be helpful if they integrated more complex metrics like performance and activity duration; for example, the Gantt chart could show how much time has passed since an activity was scheduled.

Avantages

Ease of use, wide possibilities of personalization, reports, alerts, API and a super support.

Inconvénients

The app is not very easy, but they are improving it.

1. A major hurdle in convincing the management was the standalone cost for pipefy which was per user. In the gambit of tools available like atlassian tools. A standalone tool though extremely superior, falls short because of lack of other tools like wiki, chat etc., that comes packaged together.
2. Reports - Though they are customizable, charts and report templates would surely help in competing similar products

Eu acho que os campos do pipefy devem ter a possibilidade de fazer conta. E para a criação dos campos deve ser posssivel arrastar o campo para cima ao em vez de ficar apertando para subir.

It has an amazing UX and you can create your pipes all by yourself. But if you dont want to, they offer a lot of models so you can use them. It is easy for my team to follow their requests, it is easy for me to follow my team activities and we have 3 big areas using (Financial, HR and CS).

Inconvénients

The ONLY thing I don't like about Pipefy is that you need to pay the highest rate to have user roles. I have lost work a few time because all of my team has admin role and that is bad.

Avantages

What I like the most about it is its customisability. It's got different kinds of organising your boards depending on the kind of projects you're working on. Not as advanced as the rather expensive-ish Monday.com, but more so than Trello in those terms. Also, its UI is quite clean, and the prices are not bad for those who want to take the experience to the next level. It's also got a decent mobile app that gets the job done.

Inconvénients

The main reason I quit using it was the lack of integrations. To be fair, that was a bit ago, and they've got more integrations now than they did before, but still quite far from Trello. May not be a problem for many, though! It was for me due to specific needs, but may not be for you. Also, I question myself on its privacy, as the Pipefy staff contacted me for some free online courses (probably because I worked at Dell at the time and they wanted to mention in their site that it's used there too; in the videoconference they even mentioned the title of one of my boards).

I think so be little bad points, how the necessary to create many automations to best experience.

Avantages

I really liked the usability of the system and its easyness. It's very simple to do any task and even to create rules for cards and integrate pipes. You have many features such as trigger e-mails when something happens or create alert for tasks that are delayed.

Inconvénients

Some features that we need to implement to have a better do not exist. For example, I needed to duplicate the pipes with their automations and rules. It turns out only the shell gets duplicated. So I needed to do all the work regarding the automations ans rules again.

I can use it to store the candidate's applications, I can filter them using different filters, I can use the forms for the external and internal customers

Lack of possibility to add workflow for approval processes on global scale, lack of possibility to add more forms for one pipe

The way they allow you create each step of your workflow is simply amazingly easy!

The interface is user friendly, it's easy to learn and very intuitive. The Kanban view is very clean and easy to manage, and the calendar view helps a lot when we are planning our launches. Also, the automations are very useful to implement poka-yokes into the process.

Inconvénients

There are few native integrations which made us to purchase another tool just to cover this.

It's easy to use, and I always have everything I need in a click distance. It's an awesome tool for management and to keep all stakeholders of a project aligned about the moment of a product or area.

Elegant, practical, easy to learn. I came from Trello and I fastly understood the working flow from the webapp and I have it in phone too. The way things are organized are better than Trello.

Inconvénients

Doesn't have some power ups I'm used to in Trello. The integration with Slack, for example, is better with Trello that every change is monitored. Pipefy only says that a new card was created and by whom.

The solution is easy to use and flexible on creating phases and pipes according to business needs. The APP is a plus and Roadmap is good.
