Really easy to use
My experience was really positive. I have used another similar system called despegar but for corporate travel , I really prefer Travelperk because it allows to have expense control of the travels.
Avantages
Travelperk is an user friendly site. I received my username from a colleague without instructions. I started looking for a travel itinerary, created the traveler and did the purchase correctly.
Inconvénients
I liked all the features. I am really pleased. As long as your company puts the correct project or cost centre, everything should be fine.

TravelPerk makes business travel seamless and simple
I've used TravelPerk for at least 4 or more international business trips. The whole experience was completely seamless and there was no worries about connecting flights, trains or any ticketing issues, it was all sorted within the platform.
Avantages
Searching for different modes of transport, including trains, planes, etc all in one seamless platform. It also reduces back and forth internal messaging for approval, and reduces manual expense reporting, plus means I can book travel and hotels using company accounts without needing direct approval or a company card.
Inconvénients
I can't really think of anything – it's a genuinely brilliant platform.

Great experience overall
Avantages
We use the bookings feature and it is great and simple to use. Great searching capabilities, and integration with company policies and payment methods works fine
Inconvénients
Too many requests to rate the experience. I think one at the beginning and one at the end should be enough

Inconvénients
- integrate with airlines to know the check-in status, and display this status and check-in data in TravelPerk
- maybe adding some resources about the flight process (allowed bag weight, online check-in process, general guidelines for first-time travelers) would be great, this will make the user doesn't need to navigate to the airline website.

First time TravelPerk user
Overall it was a positive experience that makes company travel easier.
Avantages
It was easy to book the hotel and the airplane for my upcoming business trip. It was transparent and clear.
Inconvénients
There were several misalignments: for example, in my airplane ticket it was written that the registered luggage was included while according to the Travelperk reservation, it was not; I received an email that I had to provide aTravelPerk credit card to the hotel, but I did not have to; TravelPerk sent me an invite for the online check-in too late.

Business travel made easier than personal trips
Avantages
It's designed well, easy to use, and has all the features you may need to book your business trip right in the app: flights, trains, rental cars, hotels, etc. If you want to book something outside the app (an Airbnb, an airport transfer or something), there's even a Concierge service that can do it for you.
Very convenient, definitely recommend!
Inconvénients
Once I needed to cancel a flight because my business trip was canceled, but I still needed that flight for personal reasons. Because the cancelation needs to be first processed by TravelPerk, it's much slower than canceling with the airline directly, which means you don't know if that ticket is going to be available on the airline's website and when. Somebody else can end up buying it before you get the chance. So I had to find a different flight.
But that's a very specific situation. So no hard feelings.

Great tool, great support
overall the tool has been a great discovery, i think is one of the best platform for travel management, and the in depth analytics allow for an efficient cost control
Avantages
the tool is very easy to use both from admin and user side, but the customer support is the real deal here. Both the commercial and the technical support available from the platform are irreplaceable
Inconvénients
sometimes travels failed to be completed due to seats being already taken, is a minior issue but one i hope travelperk will be able to fix soon

Finally a software that works
I booked my first trip 2 weeks ago. It was simple, user friendly and efficient. It was also well priced. I had one small issue in which I reached out to the support team. They replied quickly and resolved my issue with the airline.
Avantages
Ease of use and speed of booking. It was a pleasure to see my choices and options on the screen and be able to select what i needed to use.
Inconvénients
hotel look up function. It is always so difficult to locate the hotel on a map and map the distance to an event or location.

Great product for large teams
We mainly use TravelPerk because it allows us to use the points we acquire through using the credit card system, Divvy.
Avantages
Working with everyone at TravelPerk has been great. From answering initials questions, through implementation, and during use. I think their biggest strength is their team. Having another group to help with logistics and answer questions is fantastic. They're great at helping answer questions, and make adjustments as needed. It takes a lot of worry out of the process.
Inconvénients
Visually it's not as intuitive as I would like. And sometimes after we book flights, it's hard to share all of the details with other team members.

When I've got an issue, the solution was immediate
My experience is really good! I've never had issues with any reservation despite of travelling very often. Customer service reacted immediately when I was left on ground in Belgium by airline cancellation. Even it was at 1 am in the morning, they booked a hotel for me and make the situation less stressful.
Very satisfied with Travelperk!
Avantages
It's very easy to use to build the trips, the addition of hotel reward cards was a plus
Inconvénients
Some hotels availabilty, not easy to find roundtrips with 2 airlines. Also not being able to make some changes but having to make an entire new booking.

Great aggregator of travel services
Avantages
With this service, I was able to not just book the airplane but everything for my journey. It was easy to use, very intuitive and TravelPerk even suggested the train to the center of where I was going.
When I contacted the concierge, they were super helpful and fast.
Great all-around service!
Inconvénients
When booking a hotel, the first options should be the ones within your financial range. Example: my budget was xxx€ per night and the first options were xxxx€ and xxxxx€!

Easy, straightforward booking for your business!
My team and I book business trips to various locations, the approval is nice, cost center separation, etc., all good!
Avantages
The friendly UX makes booking trips very easy, the platform is very slick
Inconvénients
Sometimes trips that you booked turn out to be unavailable, but I know this is sometimes out of Travelperk's control.

Exceeds Expectations
Avantages
I am very happy using TravelPerk to book all of my business travel. Online booking is convenient, but I know I can rely on effective and kind customer service to help me when there's been any kind of travel glitch. They have even been able to secure refunds in times when there was not one guaranteed.
Inconvénients
I really don't have any complaints. There's nothing I'm unhappy with in my user experience.

So far it's been good. I had a problem once with not getting a virtual credit card in time, and another time with not being able to use the virtual card, but I still got reimbursed.

It's easy enough to understand, get a flight, and get a stay.

There could be a validation check just to make sure flights and stays are compatible.
