Easy to setup for an admin and easy to use for a learner. Instructors are also having no problem navigating on the system.

One of the things I liked most about TalentLMS was its user-friendly interface and intuitive course creation process. The platform made it easy to design and deliver engaging online courses, with a variety of multimedia options and interactive features. The extensive library of pre-built templates and themes allowed for quick customization and branding. The comprehensive reporting and analytics tools provided valuable insights into learner progress and engagement. Additionally, the seamless integration with other tools and platforms, such as webinar software or customer relationship management systems, enhanced the overall learning experience.

Inconvénients

While I had a positive experience with TalentLMS, one thing I liked least was the limited options for advanced gamification and interactive learning features. While the platform provided basic gamification elements like badges and leaderboards, I would have appreciated more advanced options to enhance learner motivation and engagement. Additionally, the user management system could benefit from additional features for bulk user imports and more granular user role permissions.

Avantages

Loved the usability and time to implement. We are content creators and within a 2 days we have uploaded our content using nearly all of the features. Love the look and feel and simplicity. The different content types keeps it fresh and interesting and keeps learners engaged. As the admin i have great visibility of who is doing what on the system and that is excellent for tracking and audit trail of the learning journey. We provide compliance training so the certification is really important and it is simple to customise your certificates to your brand and words.

Inconvénients

Sorting out fonts and pasting text into the system can be a little fiddly to start with. That being said the support is excellent and it appears the system is completely customisable. Other WYSIWYG systems i have used at a similar price point simply say 'you can't do that' and you have to accept the limitations. So far, every problem i have encountered or request i have made, has been met with a custom piece of code to paste into system within 24 hours. I did not expect this level of service at $120 a month!

Most LMS systems are difficult to navigate and confusing to use. TalentLMS has been incredibly simple to use and we were able to get set up, content uploaded, and users assigned within one day! We're extremely happy with the service thus far.

We would like to see better control of user notifications and more fine-grained reporting.

The software was very quick and easy to setup. I was able to get my first course live and launched within 30 minutes of getting access to my account. Everything is simple and flows smoothly.

PowerPoint integration could be better. It can convert to video pretty well but when doing a straight upload it doesn't use any audio or animation.

I like the simple approach, everyone would be able to set it up. Good thing is that you can test it and use it for free for up to 5 users (unlimited time), also can get all of the reports about your "trainees", track the progress etc.

Inconvénients

It is possible to change language for some parts of the platform, but not all of it.
CS is not reachable at all. It is available live for the most expensive package but for others it is not possible to contact them even via email which is a big problem. I would like to ask many questions but that is just not possible. They have FAQ section but you can't find everything there.

Avantages

Being able to customize learning with videos, tests, and assignments was important to me, and TalentLMS made that very easy. The platform allows me to follow along in my clients learning, so I can add conferences at the best times, add new material when necessary, and challenge them competition. Then the fact that they added a homepage and I was able to combine my original website with talentlms made me so happy.

Inconvénients

The only drawback about the homepage is that I can't add video content yet, but that's not a big deal.

The price and that fact that it is relatively simple to use making it easy for us to implement new training applications in an HR generalist environment where staff have many disparate job responsibilities - training design being one of them.

Inconvénients

There is honestly nothing that we have experienced that we are dissatisified with. The only problems have been at our end - primarily a lack of time to knuckle down and study the application of more advanced features.

Avantages

Compatibility, customizability, ease of use, interface and feature set. As an experienced LMS user I have used dozens of Learning Management Systems over the years and I am extremely pleased.
