the interface is very simple and easy to use, however, it is too simple. there is not ability to layer data due to the simple coding

QBO for the small business that doesn't want to add transactions

QBO is wonderful for the right small business where a daily bank download and the auto categorization helps them keep their books.

I do not use QB on a daily basis but find it hard to create the custom reports that I want to see. I hope to see improvements soon.

I like quick books but they dint integrate well with other software. Especially salesforce. I wish they integrated better like sage
