Easy to use and efficient
We use the Isograd “TOSA” platform since the end of 2021.
Indeed, as we recruit very different profiles in many different countries, especially in Africa, having this kind of tool allow us to determine the level of candidates on different topics.
We have selected various tests (office tools, general knowledge of new technologies), which gives us a homogeneous view of candidates on these subjects.
We appreciate the simplicity of the interface, for us and for the candidates, as well as the relationship with our Isograd contacts.
Avantages
The setup is easy to do and the tool is user friendly
It help us to gather more information about the contacted profiles
Inconvénients
Not for the moment as we did not experience any issue
