Purchase user review
It was a little rough getting started when it was launched. There have bee many fixes and adds along the way to help make it better. I have traditionally used the purchasing system to research past items that were used and I find that not very well defined in this system. Otherwise I have grown comfortable with it and can use it with pretty good success.
Avantages
Relative ease of entry of requisitions. Navigation is pretty simple. I like the ability to attach files to requisitions and Purchase Orders.
Inconvénients
The ability to search for past purchases. If I crated a requisition but the PO was created by the purchasing department I cannot filter searches by myself and the vendor because each is only true in one or the other not both. Since there is no ability to select a vendor in the requisition it is not possible to easily group purchases that I made form a specific vendor.

Tradogram procurement software
Excellent software and it has been more than 4 years since i am using it
Avantages
Its end to end supply chain and procurement software. Even it helps for financial approval and payments.
Inconvénients
Placec to attach the Technical evaluation report.

Thanks for the review Biniyam! There's an option available for attaching a file on the technical evaluation, it's in the top left. We will also be adding an option to export the technical evaluation, it should be released in 3 weeks! :)

Good Software
As I am using the system for more than one and half year, it helps me to approve purchase requests easily.
Avantages
The system is very user friendly and get support.
Inconvénients
I don't have any reservation in the system.

Tradogram experience
Procurement was hectic as it has very long delay times, unable to trace it and request and final procured was usually different. After using Tradogram, waste of products from unwanted purchase is reduced, improved efficiency.
Avantages
It makes life easier as 1) easy to create request 2) makes follow-up easier 3) can see the status 4) sends email notification. And gives dashboard for further improvement.
Inconvénients
I don't have any at the moment for any of the features.

Helped me organize my PO's
On a scale of 1-10 It's been an average of 4-8. It got better as they made improvements on the program and was more usable for our application as they made changes. There are still little changes that could improve the overall user experience but now as I use it after the programmers made tweaks it has been a better experience.
Avantages
I liked that it has more options on naming PO's and lets me keep track of what is has arrived/been delivered. Also lets me check my own items as delivered. In the item description having a link back to the items web page has been really helpful for quick reordering.
Inconvénients
Not being able to split line items to two different codes.
It glitches and changes the code I assigned something too and then I have to recreate a PO from scratch to fix it.
Adding tax and other expenses is clunky and adds extra unnecessary clicking.

A Review of Tradogram's Efficiency and Control
My experience with Tradogram was positive overall, providing efficient procurement processes and transparent oversight. However, the lack of PDF to Excel/Word conversion was a limitation.
Avantages

Inconvénients
Tradogram lacks PDF to Excel/Word conversion functionality.

Its easy to use, is a friendly platform and gives information to control incomes and costs.
Inconvénients
Is no capable to upload a big data base and scan it to make an purchase order. It only permited to describe an item one by one.

Tradogram review
Tradogram has been very good from the inception. The support level is very good, the software is easy to use and to teach to staff members. We are very happy with the software.
Avantages
It's easy to use, the interface makes it intuitive to understand which functions are where.
Inconvénients
There are no features that for the price it comes with are missing. It does all it promises.
