I like how simple it is to send fresh messages and how easy it is to view subscriber information on my dashboard. I especially value the frequent invitations to find out more about the service and how I may maximize my subscription. Additionally, there are a ton of articles, resources, references, etc. with excellent pictures and information to assist you in simply navigating the system.

Their customer service could be better, and they have no one who can assist you if you are even remotely interested in creating HTML emails rather than drag and drop. Even more so if you have a larger list, the platform is frequently slow.

What I like most about ActiveCampaign is that there is no required credit card and a free trial. This software is trusted in over 170 countries. I love using the drag-and-drop automation builder, they have pre-built automation. It is effortless to navigate and use. The Actions are easy to use and there are multiple options. I also like that there are no coding skills required. It's an instant set up which is excellent and convenient.

What I least like about ActiveCampaign is that there are no free plans, and the free trial only lasts 14 days. The customer chat box could be a little more helpful with specific questions or concerns.
